I love their Velvet Leggings and hoodies and sweatshirts and much much more! My only concern is every time I'm there and time to check out the lines are super long you got the workers not wanting to really do much because they out on the floor and worrying about who's going steal.. don't worry yourself because people are going still regardless.. they're just good at what they do.. help us check out and when we get up there to the register don't change the prices.. This happens EVERY TRIP!

I know tariffs are ripping a new one with a lot of businesses but not even 3 weeks ago I was at this location shopping and the clothes were extremely affordable. Why is that 3 weeks later I return and everything is $20+. Things that were cheaper the last time I came were more expensive the second time I came. I ended up purchasing only one item that was put on clearance but when I got to the register it was marked full price. A lot of their prices are missing also, so buyer beware. The price will be different depending on what Primark feels like pricing it as that day. If Primark is gonna keep price gouging to abuse the Trump Tariffs, the least they can do is hire more cashiers!

Great looking clothes affordable prices. Neat colors but the only problem is once a new really neat piece of clothing comes out all the extra large items (men, most common size) ger bought quickly and it can takes weeks or even months to see an extra large again of that item you want to buy. Now it's been about a month and a half and everytime I go to look theres tons of medium, double XL and I think even Xtra small and that clothing pile i noticed is staying the same nobody seems to not be buying those sizes. This has happened to me over and over again in this store. Long lines, not enough cashiers.

Extremely poor security and management. I visited to buy three shirts and, as usual, encountered a long line. When I was leaving, a woman blocked my exit and instructed me to step aside, clearly following directions from someone using a microphone who referred to 'the girl with the glasses.' While I did wear glasses, there were at least four other girls exiting at the same time who also had them. This not only singled me out as a paying customer but also reflects a flawed strategy for identifying potential thieves. Relying on something as vague as glasses is unacceptable and disruptive to legitimate customers. To make matters worse, after stopping me, the guard (a woman with long braids) ran out of the store without warning to chase someone else while I was told to wait. She returned with that person and casually said, 'There's no problem, you can go.' This entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating.

This place is a treasure trove for affordable fashion finds. There’s something for everyone, and I always walk out with a few new favorites. Shopping here is fun and never breaks the bank.

A huge two-story store selling clothes, shoes, and accessories. The prices are reasonable, and there really aren’t any particularly expensive items here. Usually, at the beginning of November, the store already sells Christmas-themed products. Absolutely adorable pajamas that would even be perfect for a fun holiday office party.

I have been here at least 5 times in the last 2 years. Always a good experience. There are other locations but this is near me and about an hour away. I never had to return anything except for today since the sizing was not ideal and I forgot to return it sooner. 3 items worth $50 and their return policy is within 28 days which I was not aware of. I was late by ONE DAY. I drove an Hour with traffic only to return. And since I was there I purchased $150 worth of stuff. The person in the register was a guy and he informed me of their policy nicely while this other girl who had no name tag on or any business kept talking over him. I asked to speak to manager. And I overheard the employees saying if it’s one of the other manager he might allow it and if it’s another he won’t. One of the managers came and he took 45 seconds and declined. I said okay cause it didn’t seem like he cared and proceeded with checkout. I realized they mentioned another manager and a possibility of him/her allowing it since it’s only one day late. So I asked the guy that was checking me out. As he was about to call another different manager that lady gets involved yet again. Gets loud and says I’m making it complicated. I was calm and nice the entire time. I was late by one day, it’s not that serious. Primark receipt clearly states customer satisfaction etc.. my return or exchange was only worth $50 but that lady without a badge had serious attitude problem and no professionalism. I mean she’s working minimum wage on a Saturday and acting like she owns the place. Clearly she has issues and needs to work on it. (Long hair obviously fake and a head band since I don’t know her name)

In all my years of shopping/buying clothes, I’ve never encountered clothing of such low quality. This place should be embarrassed to charge money for what they offer.
Additionally, while it was difficult to find help on the floor, I did encounter 5 female employees standing around a folding cart; 2 of them were actually doing something.
This store is horrible.

I went there to kill time, and ended up getting some tops and a pair of jeans. Tracey is really sweet, she tried to find a particular size of a top that I wanted to purchase. Even though we didn’t find that size, she did her best to help. The price and design are great, especially during summer, they have some cute tops and dresses. The only issue is the fitting room downstairs has been closed for a while, so you would have to bring the clothes to the one upstairs.

They need to hire more cashiers because the lines are ridiculous
