Really good. Love how they name the hoagies in south philly. I had the Pal Joey, (never any pesto sauce on a hoagie) and it was great. Will be back. Sammich !

My friend was in a real bad car accident this past summer. He got banged up pretty bad and is in a rehab in Ambler, Pa and will be there for a long time. He lives in South Philly and loves Primos. He calls me before I go see him and asks me to pick him up a hoagie and dirty pudding. The staff is great and makes his hoagie exactly the way he likes it. This is a top notch establishment and makes my friend really happy.Thank you Primos!!

Try a Liscio's Italian Bakery before giving Primo a score of 2 or above. I was totally disappointed with Primo, yet my problem is that I had better. ONE and DONE with Primo.

I always order from the South Philly location. I ordered an Audi Hoagie, which has turkey and roast beef. Here is a picture of the inedible “roast beef” which was loaded with fat and grizzle. I can’t believe that the person making the sandwich didn’t notice this. If they weren’t closed, I would have brought it back.

Manager at 542 Andrews Rd., Trevose, Pa. was very helpful with my delivery request and service was excellent. Food was prepared and delivered as promised with no problems. I definitely plan on patronizing this specific store again!

It pains me to write this negative review because I have had some very good experiences with Primos in Ewing. I have used this merchant to cater our manager meetings for the office. However, my last experience has left me with a bad feeling; a feeling of non-appreciation. We ordered some sandwiches after a long day at work; drove 20 mins. home and discovered that the order was incorrect. We contacted Primos and it was agreed that we would return the sandwiches the following day.Upon returning the sandwiches, Tim remade them correctly with little to no apology. No offer of a bag of chips or bottle of soda - nothing for our inconvenience. Merchants must understand this simple fact - I don't have to spend my hard earned money with you and your establishment. I have another meeting this month and was planning on using Primos. However, after this last experience, I don't believe they deserve my business or the business of my company.

I ordered two roast posk sandwiches they were the most disgusting sandwiches I ever had in my life. I ordered the Primo size and both me and my son did not finish a half of the sandwich. Who in their right mind puts refrigerated pork in a sandwich with melted cheese??? Disgusting I was expeting a hot roast pork sandwich LIKE EVERY OTHER HOAGIE PLACE MAKES THEM!!! Never again. When Primos first opened up they were great but it seems in trying to open a shop on every other blcok in the area has gotten them nothing but emplyees who are clueless on how to make a samdwich. What a waste of $30!!!!!!

Drove 25 minutes on my birthday to this place because I got a text promotion saying buy one get one free on my birthday only. Placed my order and they wouldn’t honor the promotion

Ordered two hoagies from this location. The older woman who answers the phone couldn't even give me a price on the two hoagies after I finished ordering them and simply stated that she wasn't close to the register. I had asked you for her price because I wanted to have the right amount of money when I went there. Her tone of voice and demeanor gave the impression as if she was doing me a favor by me ordering there. The younger lady that took my payment when I arrive there was better. They also don't have tuna salad, chicken salad, spinach, as well as menus and other foods. Eventually they need to close down or get their act together because that particular location has gone drastically downhill with poor service, pricing, and out of a lot of things. Go to P&S Ravioli on between 17th and 18th Oregon Ave. Lower prices on hoagies, better and even more fresh merchandise as well as positive attitudes with a whole lot of different selections.
