This company is awesome! Out of all the exterminators companies i called in my area,Ron was the only one that wanted to act immediately! He had no problem driving 4 hours to help me fix my problem fast and put my mind at ease. I called him in the evening and he was there the next morning with the heat. He was very reassuring and kind,he helped me through this horrible time. I would definitely recommend this company without any hesitation.Services: Home inspection

The price was right and we were thrilled Ron was willing to drive so far to provide treatment to my parents' home. Unfortunately, he did NOT honor his guarantee and did not return after making numerous promises and excuses. Quite frankly, it would not have been needed had he done the job properly the first time. I'd done a lot of research so knew the temp and duration needed to ensure destruction of all adults, juveniles, nymphs and eggs and though his max temp far exceeded what was required, his time duration was way too short. His story about the cool down time would cover it was BS as it meant the heat did NOT reach deep into all areas as it would have had he simply maintained the heat consistently for the full required time period. My thought is he shortened it due to the long drive back. The point is, he failed epically. I saw live bugs the very next day which he said were the toughest of the tough and stated they would die off. They did not, they continued to appear, more have appeared since, and the population has regrown. Complete fail by a man who talks a good "Christian" story but does not honor his word or guarantee. I cannot in good conscience recommend his service in any way, shape or form.

Do one of my rentals after tenants moved out and can i tell how professional Ron was. Nicest person ever and very informative and professional with everything. I highly recommend him if you have air bnbs or rentals. It's a must be clean folks and do your due diligence.

The bedbug situation was an absolute nightmare for me. I had moved into my first apartment not knowing the building had an infestation, and the bites showed up on me the second day there. I called several companies and Ron was the only person to get back to me. He was very kind and reassuring, kept in contact with me while I worked my way out of my lease and prepared to move out. He came the day of my move and heat treated my apartment so I could leave the place with the peace of mind that I was not taking any unwanted passengers with me. Ron was extremely professional and courteous during the entire process. We were obviously very nervous and Ron was very patient and knowledge and spent alot of time answering questions and answering calls and texts when we thought up more questions! Ron came out timely to our home. He was discreet. He even came out a 2nd time to do 1 more added service because i was paranoid. He assured me the additional step wasn't necessary but obliged for the sake of our peace of mind. Services are pricey but i can't put a price on peace of mind.
