I recently used Public Storage and was impressed with both the facility and the service. The place is always clean and has a welcoming scent, making it stand out from other storage facilities. The manager, Rose, was particularly helpful, ensuring all my needs were met with a smile. Her dedication to customer care and the well-maintained facility makes Public Storage a top choice for anyone looking for reliable and friendly storage solutions. Highly recommend!
UPDATE - I’m still having a great experience at this location with the manager Rose . She is still very informative and helps me with all my small questions with no problem with how many they’re are . The other people who I’ve seen here are very pleasant as well!!!

They will tell you the price. But next month when the bill comes you will pay double. They will also charge you twice a month. Be careful with them. Very dirty garage

I've stored a vehicle at this facility for a year and it could not have been a more disappointing experience. My rates have gone up twice with no justification - just greed. The worst part? The new battery (a large truck/diesel unit) was stolen out of my vehicle while on their lot and they have been unable to produce any of the security video I would need to file a police report and insurance claim! What have I been paying to keep it in a locked, camera-covered lot for if there is no accountability?! Will never rent with Public Storage again - and would highly advise against using this site for your valuables as it's obviously not secure nor does the staff care.

Rose was such a patient and friendly rep for your company. She explained everything and offered to show us units since it’s sometimes hard to visual sizes. She explained all charges and policies before signing. I’m super excited to start using my unit. THXS AGAIN ROSE

My experience has been nothing but AMAZING with the Byberry road location! ROSE ROSE ROSE is FANTASTIC knowledgeable/ Helpful employee always helping out in more ways then one!! She is always efficient and ALWAYS greet you with a wonderful smile! Her great customer service SPEAKS VOLUME! We are greatly appreciative!

Me and my wife’s storage door seemed to not go up but thank goodness for Rose as she came out in the rain and helped us figure it out and funny part is the door was not stuck!!!! We just did not unlock it correctly . My wife and I are grateful , we would have no clue what to do if it wasn’t for her… our storage unit is wonderful , property is wonderful , area is wonderful and wonderful employees . What more could you ask for ?!?! Thanks again Rose you ROCK !!!
Update : area is still amazing even now since the road on Byberry is closed . No traffic coming out!!!!! Looks like Rose is keeping this area up to speed
