Audrey Macindo is quite the property manager. I recently rented a parking space from her Public Storage location on Grant Ave. Audrey, every so often would reach out to inform me of any changes, updates, or concerns regarding my rental space. Raised my rent by 50% with zero warning. Only had a unit there for 5 months. I called their corporate office and they hung up on me! I understand raising rents with inflation but an increase of 50% is ridiculous.
