Keep appointments right on time. Respectful, quick. In and out. I do the tests on my way into work. Very little wait time! And you can check in and sit in yoru car if you want. They notify you!

Extremely arrogant, unfriendly; deli counter numbering system is definitely more effective friendly process than this location. Will not return to quest diagnostics. please refer to my other reviews, you will quickly see I’m never this critical… That’s how bad this experience was.

Made an appointment, Chelsea and staff were very friendly and explained the process. In and out 20 mins, no complaints. Figured I'd leave a review as my experience was better than expected.

A lot of people were having trouble with thme kiosk sign in; the staff was very distant wouldn't come out to assist clients. Some of the clients said the staff wouldn't help them. My experience was quick, I was in and out.

I was 15 minutes late which meant I lost my appointment. I was not given an option to reschedule for another day. I was given the next available appointment and told that I would be seen as soon as someone was available. I ended up having my blood work taken two hours later. In the meantime, while fasting for my blood work, there was no receptionist or anyone else to ask for help. Because I was told I would be taken back as soon as someone was available, I couldn't leave. I needed water, and there was a water cooler but no cups. I also wanted to use the bathroom. Since there was no one I could ask, I used the help button on the kiosk. No one ever responded. I finally got my water when I was taken back for my blood work, after 2 hours of waiting.
Others were waiting as well, including people who were there for drug tests. At 2, without having their drug tests done, they were told to leave. They were not informed that this would happen. At least one of them had been waiting over an hour.
