The service is extremely bad I came at time of my appointment electronic system didn’t work well and didn’t allow me to check in Ree was very rude and refused to help, the manager -Dona was not present. I left without the service will not come back.

I honestly struggle to recall another human interaction when a person showed so much disdain toward me as Question Diagnostics employee did upon discovering they don’t take my insurance. Yeah, okay, my mistake, but do you really need to show how much you hate me only because I’m not going to bring money in?

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. They do not follow appointment times and they claim the systems "shut down" at 2:30, yet they are open untill 4pm.

Easy peasy. Waited only a few minutes in waiting room - taken inside - blood drawn quickly and painlessly- out in less than five minutes. Friendly efficient

Before I didn't know if I must take appointments online, But when i take this appointment, all become so easy?. All pass and a few minutes, the staff was welcoming and quickly?.

I was in and out in 15 minutes! I made an appointment a few days before. Arrived and was taken back right away. The staff was all very friendly and made it a painless process!

Very easy visit! My appointment was right on time. I had to give blood, which is not fun, but the nurse doing it was very calming and made the experience so much easier. I was in and out in less than 15 min!

Annette is the best! I have an irrational fear of needles and before my appointment here, I hadn't successfully gotten my blood drawn in 20 years. Annette was beyond understanding and patient. She worked so carefully that I barely felt a thing. Additionally, we were seen quickly and the paperwork/insurance/payment processing was a breeze.

Staff rude unprofessional and racist. Staff stated to me they didn’t have anymore urine cups and then Karen walked in and she stated she only has one cup left and let her go

I saw a lot of bad reviews after I had made an appointment here. I had the opposite experience. I got a NEXT DAY appointment easy, for early in the morning so I could fast for my bloodwork. The experience was easy. The phlebotomist was awesome! So nice and chatted me up. I wasn’t nervous for bloodwork but talking helped distract me. I had A LOT of paperwork from my doctor and she got it all squared away quickly. Overall great experience. I don’t know if other people aren’t making an appt or aren’t going in early, but they had LOADS of appointments available, I’d say make one. And try to go early, maybe that helps. Either way NO complaints

Scheduled my appointment for 7:30am. I arrived early as per usual and no one was there. Lights off, doors locked. I thought maybe my appointment was cancelled but didn’t receive any notice.I eventually got ahold of someone from Quest and they even said they’re supposed to be open. They called the manager and the supervisor. I eventually was told someone was on their way. They arrived after 8. At this point someone else was waiting too.I was fasting for my appointment so having to wait even longer isn’t ideal, but at that point I might as well continue waiting.I wasn’t given any reason as to why no one was there or an apology for having to wait. One part of me thought maybe the woman who arrived was the supervisor showing up for staff who did not show up that morning but that’s just me wanting to give the benefit of the doubt. To be fair, she was nice and usually I pass out / get light headed after blood work but I felt fine.Super weird experience overall.

I'm a transplant patient returning form Houston. I've forgotten just how rude service providers can be. Just to be clear: 1. I'm sorry the labs faxed over never made it into your system 2. I'm sorry you're understaffed for the volume this site experiences 3. I'm sorry I had labs from multiple doctors 4. I'm sorry other patients were annoying However, I expect to be treated minimally with respect, if not with some empathy. It surprises me that nobody is wearing masks and that they're not even available. Perhaps it's time to explore other career opportunities if this one is so burdensome. Philly, where is the love?

This was my 2nd Appointment where I had to wait almost 30 more minutes without an explanation or apology.Why make an appointment when walk in 's went first.I've seen the Bad Reviews but didn't believe everything

Bad service, long wait times without appointment- will be lied too to make the attendants days easier. Purposefully ignored- no not recommend.
