Great service and friendly staff! The team was professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was. Highly recommend this location!

Actual garbage. Got to my appt on time and went to the door. (3:40) Locked. Waited until close for (4:00) for someone to answer, while knocking repeatedly on the glass door, to be ignored and receive nothing. Really unprofessional. This appointment was incredibly important.

Waiting over an hour even with an appointment in a waiting room with no air and the temp had to be 90 degrees inside the waiting room.

Terrible service — only one phlebotomist on duty, and she is careless. The wait time is unacceptable. They need to add more staff. I wich I can give 0 stars

I don't think I've ever left a negative review online about anything before, but this facility warrants it. I think Quest corporate needs to visit this location. It's FILTHY and disorganized inside. I went for bloodwork, and the basket on the table where the lady grabbed my collection vial from had other samples in it. Paperwork was everywhere, samples seemed disorganized. Staff seemed unconcerned. I don't trust the safety of patients at this office, and I should have walked out.

I had to bring my 6 year old to get blood work completed before 8:00 am. We arrived at 7:20am, understanding that they did not open until 7:30am. Needles to say we had to leave at 7:40 am as they were not opened. I found this to be VERY unprofessional. When you're supposed to be open at a certain time then you should be open. Patients need things done on a timely matter. It was very important that my daughter to get this blood work completed before 8:00 am.

I schedule an appointment for my 9 year old I check in 2 min later she calls him back very nice and skilled phlebotomist she stuck my son with no problem one shot. I’ve been to 3 other quest facility. This is my go to for now on
