Awful! Every other visit has been great and it’s usually the same guy. This woman seemed new, took almost a half an hour to do my bloodwork all while waiting in the room. I was very discouraged to do stool samples again and she could care less. I said I’ll take the proper kit from you this time but 95% I won’t come back. I was overwhelmed, late for my next appointment and she said “well, no.” Rather than anything like, take it and consider it. I can’t stand Quest diagnostics. Only the one guy. She honestly could’ve been anyone else & given a little encouragement & I likely would’ve changed my mind. Can’t now without the kit! Awful!!!!! She doesn’t want to waste the kit? Does it affect her? And when did bloodwork take 30 mins???? While entering info and constantly stopping to ask coworkers questions!?

Every single time I come here which is often, whether I make an appointment or walk in, the entire process is no more then 5 min. Staff is friendly, and you hardly feel the draw. I told my nurse in 4 today that they should Ali be sent to train the hospital nurses because I come home looking like a checkerboard full of bruises everytime. For routine blood work, I've been to many places, but my first choice is always the quest. And welsh. My dad has been coming here for like fifteen years as well. The staff is amazing.

Yesterday I took my 9-month-old daughter there for analysis 2 times they pricked and did not find a vein, how can you treat a small child like that🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Always quick,proficient and friendly!! Are very good at taking blood..no pain..if you feel faint ,they are right on top of it to ease you..great staff!

Always changing techs. You get someone good and then they disappear. I'm a hard stick to some and told the girl before she started stabbing me. Finally I insisted she give me someone else before I fainted. The next girl got it with no problem. I now have a nice bruise from tech # 1.

I had an appointment but got there early. I checked in and was immediately taken back right after. I was super super nervous as I have never gotten blood work before and the woman was so patient and kind to me and explained that my feelings were normal and it would be okay. I barely even felt anything. She was amazing and I made sure to tell her how nice she was. Great first experience.

I got my blood work done here on 12/10/24 and the old guy who drawn my blood was not only rude and also looked miserable. On top of that he left me with bruises after I got my blood brawn.
I’m only leaving this place with two stars is because the past 3 times I been here pior, I had a great experience with the nurses before who was so kind and left me with no bruises ever.
