Arrived 16 minutes before the stored closed and thr door was closed with employees still there. The guard wouldn't allow me in or explain why the store was closed before 6pm

Soo rude had us standing in cold while system reboot constantly kept being told that it would be 10 minutes until a lighter different mixed race women came to see why they weren’t open this type of discrimination is really uncalled for for them( those who worked there security guard and staff) were rude made jokes about us even laughing was very unprofessional and unnecessary for the to treat us(me and my two friends) in that type of way this type of behavior in the work place is at utmost a disgrace and hope that these employees that worked on 12/04/24 security and staff should be handled and dealt with accordingly

I called to speak to the hiring manager to check my application she answer rude with a attitude in act like she check my application once I told her I did application for this store location she straight told me she didn’t see it but didn’t even know my name or look me up she just say I don’t see it how you gonna tell me when I did the application for that store location she was being rude & lazy to check for my application it’s ok I’ll apply somewhere else I see why the reviews is horrible replace her .

After reading all the negative reviews about the manager and rude unprofessional employees thru out the years have this lady been disciplined or fired yet. The customers are what makes the money for the store. All I read was I’m not coming back, I won’t go this place no more, this my first and last time going. This issue has to be addressed.

Employees were very unprofessional managers arguing back and forth in front of everyone and the employee with the dreads told me to move out her way while i was trying on shoes i was gonna purchase. Had to put them back … do better

The manager is soooo unprofessional and constantly yelling to the top of her lungs! i don't know how she has been a manager for this long and not fired yet!!!I like the clothing but the plus size selection is small compared to the "petite" size.
