I went to rainbow today because I was visiting a friend in the city and decided to walk to the near by stores and do alittle shopping. I didn't buy anything cause the security guard made me feel uncomfortable. Ive never stolen in my life , I always look at the price before I consider trying it out or even considering buying it. And well I looked around and I asked the lovely cashier if they had any hair accessories, she directed me to what they had. I looked but i wasn't able to find something I liked. I noticed security getting near me. And when I was looking at their fluffy cute slippers I was considering buying my kid , I noticed both the cashier and security guy staring hard at my direction. I was looking at the prices but anyways I just walked out cause I'm not gonna support a business that makes me feel like I'm doing something bad. As i walked out the security started walking behind me. Like what was he expecting the alarm to go off ?? I don't steal. No one even thank me for stopping by . It was soo weird. Would never support a store that dose this. Rainbow you Lost me as costumer.

This store is a joke everytime my mom go in this rainbow they tell my mom that they don't take military ID. it's funny because all the other rainbow take it and say that the store should take it and tell me to call corporate and I did and nothing was done about it. They still saying the same thing after me not taking my mom to this store in over a years . I'm sorry I will not be back to this store this is why ppl buying there stuff of line now .

I arrived at Rainbow at 5:40 PM, expecting to grab a shirt from the window before their 6:00 PM closing time, only to find the doors already locked. The security guard at the entrance was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude when I asked why the store was closing early.
If a business advertises a closing time, it should honor that time or at least communicate changes properly. Instead, I was met with poor service and no explanation. This was a complete waste of my time, and I won’t be shopping here again. Unreliable and unprofessional.

They forgot to take sensors off the clothes and was looking at us weird when the alarms started to ring. Security was acting weird as well saying that it was not the bag. When I check the bag, the shirt still had the sensors on. After the sensors were moved, alarms stop beeping. Employees in bad mood always.

The cashier was rude to me because after waiting in line for 15 mins I asked her if she had anyone that could come up for back up. She proceeded to be rude and ignorant and yell at me saying I am the back up. Over and over again. Idk why rainbow have people waiting in line forever. It doesn’t take alot of brain cells to scan clothes.

They are the only Rainbow that I have ever went to that will not render military discount. Great selection on clothes though, always great options.

we did ask to use the restroom and they said no public restrooms they take the publics money but we can't access the bathroom

First of all online says this store closes at 9pm, I get to the store at exactly 7:47pm and the doors were locked. I saw an employee walked pass the window to hang up a shirt at 7:52, I knocked on the window to get her attention and pointed to my watch she motioned that they were closed and I said what time??? She puts up 8 fingers! So if you close at 8pm why am I unable to come in to purchase something at 7:45!!! And this is not the first time this has happened! Unacceptable! As I’ve worked in clothing stores and although you may want to be clocking out and leaving exactly at closing time you shouldn’t be locking customers out way beforehand!

Store supposed to open at 10 me and a FedEx worker waited out in the cold until 10:30 when all the workers pulled up together with the guard obviously high and didn't even apologize. If you know another location I recommend going there this one sucks.

I do recommend this store I love their plus size section. I can always find items that fit, and I love the shoe section as well. I still have shoes that they don’t even carry in the store anymore.

a little nervous about going into this location but gave it a chance and I must say I was impressed if was stocked ,clean and they were also stocking while in the store nice size have a little kid section and the customer service from the young ladies at the front wasn't bad I will come back to this location if in the area ...
