They denied replacing or repairing my recliner when it was the 3rd time in 4 years they had been out to repair the arms that were loose. The first two technicians were great and managed to get the furniture to hold for a bit. The last technician, Gary, was barely in my house for 10 minutes, and completed no repairs. He took blurry pictures and sent them to a "manager" Rick who denied the ability to fix the damage, stating that we neglected our furniture. I paid for a platinum protection plan and clearly, it was not worth it.

I ordered two mattresses over President's Day weekend. Raymour and Flanigan claims next day delivery but only one mattress came. I got a call the day it was supposed to be delivered saying it didn't transfer in time so it will be delivered the next day. Okay, cool, sometimes stuff happens. Next day comes, no mattress again. I got another call saying it failed to transfer AGAIN and that he sent in for another one and I will get it the next day. I got no text message or call giving me a time frame when the mattress will be delivered. I got on the phone with a customer service person. It was apparently not coming and she said she could schedule it for Sunday the 26th. It is still within a week of ordering so not that big of a deal. My gripe is it says Next Day Mattress Delivery on the homepage of their website. Don't have that up on your website if you are going to fail to deliver on time. And for all the inconvenience I didn't get an apology or any way they would compensate for the problem. Just poor service in my opinion.

Very disappointed with Raymore & Flanigan. My daughter-in-law Mother bought brand-new living room, bedroom and kitchen furniture from them for her apartment. The day it arrived she went into the hospital and was put on hospice things went down very quickly with her health and she just passed away. Her daughter called Raymore and asked if them if they could buy back the furniture since it was never even used. It was only there one day they said all sales are final it just really stinks I will never ever buy from this company again. Just sad! I didn't even want to give them one star.

dont purchase the warranty with this fraud company.....it's worthless......and furniture is defective and they will not back up their product or warranty!!!!!

The salesperson was nice. The store has an extensive selection of mattresses. Unfortunately the salesperson was not knowledgeable about the details and pricing of each mattress. Some of their mattresses did not even have price tags. I tried to negotiate a better price for a mattress and base set and the salesperson did not work with me. They only referred to the price tag and said there was no room for further discounts.

People helping us when we bought the couch were very friendly and helpful. That is where the positives end. Their customer service is god awful, inconsiderate, and just basically rude. We ordered a new couch from them and when it was delivered it was obvious that the one cushion was used. How disgusting is that, we got someone's old couch cushion that they cleaned and tried to pass off as new to us. Meanwhile, you can see that the cushion is crushed in like it was used for years, along with stains from something that spilled on it as well as stains from them trying to clean it. We called customer service and the woman we spoke with was rude from the start like she didn't believe us. I had to send her pictures to prove it and that wasn't even enough. She scheduled someone to come out and look and see if they could do something. We would never have known because she never called us to let us know. She sent an email to schedule service with no follow-up call about what is going on. We obviously don't need service..... HOW ABOUT JUST GIVING ME THE NEW COUCH I PAID FOR, HOW ABOUT THAT!? I'm sorry but any company that would do this is shady and untrustworthy in my opinion. The cushion looks completely different, used, and stained! Not a whole lot of brainpower at work here thinking this would pass as new. I would highly advise you to look elsewhere when spending money on new furniture to make sure you actually get new and not repurposed furniture. Deceptive, Unprofessional, Crooked, Dishonest, and having no idea what real customer service looks like are just a couple of words that come to mind in my dealings with this company.

We had a VERY positive experience at this store. My partner and I needed to buy a new bed and mattress. We bought the bed from the showroom at a different location (Roosevelt Boulevard), and when we were assisted at this store for the mattress about a week later, the salesperson was extremely helpful. It was just the right amount of guidance without being overbearing. We are also an LGBT couple and the sales reps were extremely kind, inclusive, and welcoming, in not-awkward way, which is not our experience everywhere. The delivery was super smooth. I got email and text reminders the days leading up to it and a tracker the morning of. Both the mattress and bed were delivered the same day, on a Saturday. The truck came on time - with the mattress and the bed. It took the team under 30 minutes to set everything up. Everyone was masked and followed covid protocols. An extra thing that happened that actually made me write this yelp review is that I lost my key in the store. I didn't realize until we had arrived home. I called, and the sales rep who answered assured me that they would look for it. This was on New Year's Eve. On New Year's Day, I got a call back that the manager had found the key, and I could come pick it up anytime. The last piece was totally unnecessary but they really were so kind - on a holiday. 5 stars. Thank you!

I have a minor service issue with a remote control for a recliner. It has been months yet the problem has not been resolved and the staff does not have a clue as to what they're doing. I use the chair to help me stand and its absence has really caused me problems and I'm fed up with the excuses and nonsense that Raymour and Flannigan l keeps feeding me. I definitely will not be referring anyone the rainbow and Flanagan.

Truly the worst. They will make all the promises in the world to you in the showroom to get you to make your purchase and then fail to deliver on every single one of them. I ordered a mattress and was told delivery would be in one week. After a week, I hadn't heard anything from anyone so I started calling both the store and the 1800 number. It took 6 phone calls and another week before someone finally figured out they never ordered the mattress. After that fiasco, I scheduled delivery online via the link they sent and confirmed my address. I was told the day before my delivery window was 2:45-5pm. At 1:10pm I got a text that they were on their way and when I clicked the tracking link, it showed them going to a different house. I called them and they told me they had the wrong address. How they got this wrong address no one knows, I had never heard of the address in my life. The wrong address was 20 minutes away from my address and they refused to deliver my mattress that day even though they were an hour and twenty minutes ahead of schedule. They told me I would have to wait two more days to get my mattress. I told them to cancel the order and got my mattress somewhere else. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had and will never be purchasing from them again

I purchased a living room sectional. Chase part was defective and sinks in. Two neighbors who are both white also got furniture from R&F. They were able to return their furniture but I was not. Never ever buying from this white privileged company. They serve their own.

I have to be honest about this delivery experience. The two people I had come out were complaining that they had to do this job to me... the customer... and that they had to take off my front door. This is surely standard procedure for a Philadelphia home. This is how they sloppily put the door back on (did not care at all) and RAN out the door. I had to chase after them to tip them which of course I wish I didn't. I wish I could enjoy my furniture but there's too much stress as they can't have anyone come and fix it!! The door doesn't shut properly - what do I do?? I won't be ordering from here again and you shouldn't either if you live in Philadelphia.

Just trashed a Raymour and Flanigan bed after 15 years of use. If you like laminated particle board and headboards with faux leather that turns to goo, then this is where you should buy your furniture. Most of their overpriced, oversized stuff is made in China. I will never buy anything there ever again.
