RMW does an excellent job of managing my 4 rental units in the city of Philadelphia. Their maintenance team is quick and fairly priced. They take pride in their communication and effectiveness. Highly recommend them if you are landlord looking for a property manager in Philadelphia.

RMW and specifically Mark DeJesse were fantastic for us when we were renting (taking care of maintenance on time, answering questions and being helpful), and represented us as we purchased our first home, expertly guiding us along the way. Highly recommend for real estate rentals and purchases.

Mark and the RMW team were a pleasure to deal with during the home buying process. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for property management services and/or a real estate agent. I look forward to working with them again in the future!
