The service was horrible and the tables around me weren’t clean, to took almost a hour for my food to arrive, the coconut shrimp was dry and cold, the server mess up our order.

The food was awful the biscuits were dark the Flatbread was barely recognizable the stuffed mushrooms were put in a cup upside stuffing had merged as a glued glob. TOTALLY INSULTED FOR AN EASTER SUNDAY WORSE

This restaurant needs to seriously shut its doors. Today is 3/24:24.- Arrived at 6 pm and was told we had an hour wait. I typically take the ride to Delian NJ Red Lobster for a better dining experience but had several people with me who were from this area. I witnessed kids at the front playing instead of working and had to be redirected by a small Asian woman who may have been a manager or an assistant. She was able to get them together but without her assistance it look like high school and romper room. At 7:05 we were called and finally sat in a section with a server, who seem mildly interested in our presence and lackadaisical at best. We ordered one appetizer, which we had not received 45 minutes later..Our order was not taken for about 30 minutes and we received our food finally at 8:30 PM.The waiters are mostly young adults. She’s spend most of their time, laughing and playing to the credit of the manager. She did take the appetizer off our bill..The restaurant remain half full, the entire time with empty tables, which leads me to believe their stamp shortages are, but even with that there was no attempt to make for a pleasant dining experience. There is no way that the management at this restaurant can believe that long waits for food -for appetizers and lackadaisical service will make for a pleasant and memorable dining experience —-well memorable in the fact that I will never return.Red lobster is a chain restaurant and not my first choice- but if I go again, I will take my chances by crossing the Tacony Palmyra, and sitting down to a pleasant dining experience with better service in Delray New Jersey.

I ordered my food online and was prompted my food will be ready 5:57 it’s 6:30 now and all the servers are jus walking by there’s no actual server to take care the to go orders . Worst service ever.

I ordered the twin lobster tails with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Although it took a while to receive the food, the staff was friendly.

This is an updated review. It has been an a little while since I visited and left a post but, it was during post pandemic. My most recent visit was March of 2024 and the food was not good at all. The brussels sprouts had too much teriyaki sauce. It just look like it was dumped on top. The macaroni and cheese, for the children was very tasteless. The child eating it spit it out. The butter sauce for my lobster and crab was too too salty. My lobster tail was bland. I did a take out of salmon and Alfredo and my family expressed their disappointment having payed for such a distasteful meal. This red lobster is not recommended. They need all new cook and kitchen staff. I dinned in and did take out. I payed 42.00 for the classic ultimate feast. That was to much to have it taste the way it did. ?

Food is terrible! arrived at 3:30 didn’t leave till 6.The restaurant was practically empty the server was rude for no reason. The food took forever to come out and it was still terrible. The plates that were sitting on the table were extremely dirty.The bread was burnt. One of the cooks had her little daughter running around back and fourth from the kitchen. (Which wasn’t really a problem) it smelled of dirty mop mater as soon as we walked in. Don’t not come her!

Made the mistake of trying to go for dinner on a recent Friday night. Knew there would be a wait to be seated and was ok, with that. Red flag no. 1, was told wait was 40 minutes, and was seated a little over an hour later. After we were seated it took another 40 minutes before someone finally took our order. It took another 10 minutes before we finally got our drinks. We did eventually get some cheddar bay biscuits which were definitely good, but the rest of the food was as disappointing as the wait time. My fish and chips were clearly sitting around for a while as they were luke warm and a soggy mess. And one of the pieces of fish was half the size of the other one. I would've sent it back, but it would've probably taken another hour to get more food. Even the wait for the check took forever and my wife and daughter went to wait in the car while I wondered if anyone would notice if I just left. The restaurant wasn't packed, so they are clearly just dealing with staffing and training issues as my wife noticed people milling about throughout the night. Would honestly recommend never coming to this location.

The food and service is always superb and them biscuit ate in a class all by themselves.Parking: Free parking at anytime during opening hours and there are abundant parking spaces because the lot is huge.

Food was pretty good, my steak was tender, not dry and the lobster was cooked to perfection. My broccoli could have been cooked a minute less and the potato was just right. Of course the biscuits were words cannot explain! OMG! This Red Lobster has returned as one of the best and the server was very mannerly and efficient!
