Manny worked really hard to get me a boot that I was happy with. Brought out about six pairs made adjustments to each one trying to get me just the right fit. Excellent customer service

Had a really positive experience here. Dude had me step onto their little machine jawn that maps out your foot size and sole type (was really impressed with it). I thought all the different kinds of soles there seemed like a scam until he showed the difference with my own eyes. I was really happy with their customer service and he didn't come off as pushy trying to sell extra items (example: shoe laces, oil, boot dryer, etc). I'll be back for my next pair of setters.

Haven’t worked in the boots yet but right out of the box they are insanely comfortable so I’m excited. Now when it comes to the store, I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience with a sale of any kind. The second I walked through the door Jonathan helped me from start to finish and made sure I got a pair that fit right and worked for me. He was very detailed about everything. The boots are great quality and the customer service at this store is top tier.

Hottest boots ever. Pricey but worth the cost. Workers treat you like a human being. For the first time I was racist. I saw two white fellas working in a boot shop and one had long hair. They were nice. Explained the product and even pointed me in the direction of the best burgers and milks. Kudos my friends.

My husband son and I walked into Red Wing on July 1st. Manny greeted us with a smile and helped my husband and son with their boots. Manny took his time and explained everything to us before our purchase. He was absolutely amazing to work with. If I could give a 100 star review I would. He is the best!!! The place was clean and cozy as well!!!

I feel terrible because I can't remember the man's name that helped me. He was on the younger side and redboned. Either way, very professional, highly knowledgeable staff, high quality products and exciting experience. You don't go here just to buy shoes, you come here to rethink your feet. And they can do the hard thinking for you. Red Wings shoes will take the load off for you and help you stand stronger. If you haven't been, I highly recommend a visit.

Jonathan was great helping me pick out a good pair. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. I had a work voucher that had the wrong date, Jonathan was nice enough to put my name on the box and hold them for me, I returned the next day with the correct voucher. Keep up the good work, place was nice and clean too.

Johnathan was very attentive and friendly. He measured me with the machine. Almost 7 pair of shoes I tried, he was receptive on my comments and suggested various alternatives of shoes. Offered me to try an additional foot insoles that helped me decide. Awesome experience

Jonathan is Next-Level.
I came in expecting to be at a regular shoe store, NOPE. I was in the future. 3D printed my feet, comfortable wool socks, good footbeds and stylish shoes. He made sure I knew everything about the store and gave me great service. I laughed and smiled with him.
