This is one of the best shops in the US. The owner had an amazing eye and a deep passion for clothing. There are things here you cannot find anywhere else. Yes, it’s pricey, but these are heirloom pieces. Very much worth a visit!

Doors wide open and was told store closed and denied my business. Was prepared to shop for a spring business wardrobe. I was not “dressed” to shop and was definitely profiled. Would not recommend. Spend your money at a business that appreciates shoppers not thinks they are so exclusive that they can turn you away. POOR customer service.

BE CAREFUL WITH RETURNS! I purchased a gift over the holidays that did not fit the person that I purchased for. I did not see the fine print that Rennes requires returns to be mailed within 4 days of delivery-- even during the holiday season. When I tried to return an item received on December 19th on December 28th, I was told that I was out of luck and could not even exchange the item for size. Now I am stuck with a VERY pricy blouse that I purchased for someone else that fits no one. It's too bad, I would have like to have shopped more here, but absolutely won't now.

Rennes is a gold mine. At Rennes, I find labels I've never heard of, with fresh unusual styles that become my new normal. Everything I buy here is impeccably constructed. I appreciate the detailed descriptions and photos on the website, as I live 1000 miles away. Great customer service. Bravo!

Unique to Philly, this place is great for a variety of high quality women's clothing and accessories. Rennes has a clean and elegant aesthetic with a range of price points. The store's owner Julia is approachable, and has a personal hand in everything in the store, from design and production to procurement of products that can't be found elsewhere in the country.
