Did not realize my card was not going through and did not get a single phone call about it for over a month. Must be a new manager now because I’ve been harassed by phone call, I have let them know I can get a payment made tomorrow on my payday and now I have people ringing my doorbell incessantly, upsetting my child and dog. I will be contacting the authorities if they keep harassing me.I understand wanting your money but I had no idea my account was past due until recently so now I need time to play catch up, not to be harassed.

Cannot provide me with the merchandise that I wanted gave me a substitute phone instead brought me a phone that had a Google lock on it I had to buy a computer program to remove the lock from the phone Voice made assurances and promises on several occasions that never happened and then when I decided I didn’t want the phone after they compensated me with one week of free rental time for a $50 computer program that I had to purchase because they promise to call me right back never called to go a whole week for them to finally called me back they were rude when I decided I didn’t want to keep a phone I absolutely did not like

I started a rental in store then cancelled it when I found out the delivery date would not work for me. I was told the charge would be refunded within a week.Not only was the charge not refunded, I'm now being continuously billed for the item I never received and cancelled months ago. This is at best incompetence costing me money and at worst fraud. I would avoid this location. Never been to a different rent-a-center so I don't know if this is typical.

This is arneisha shaw and charles broadie . I am posting this os rentacenter reps can see this.. We need our chairs to our dining room table and our new furniture couch has a rip on the foot rest and the bolts that makes the chair recline has ripped out of the backing of the motor . This item says cheep and its costing us about 5 thousand dollars to buy which is not worth it because we should not have this issue with such new furniture

Honestly the worst place of business I’ve ever been too. Never called me to confirm my appointment. Never called to give me a timeline on delivery. The customer service from the manger down was horrendous. On top of all that they sent a sofa that literally was pulled out of someone house with dirt all over. Just run away trust me!
