The person who wrote my contracts did not put the correct promotion on it , so I could skip every 5th payment. The manager put the promotion on my bed but not my computer. I explained to her that I calculated skipping every 5th payment on both to stay current on my other bills. She said that she would only skip the 5th payments on the bed not the computer, and I could return the computer and lose the money I already invested. The 5th payment is not being paid for me and my balance remains the same when skipped, it's just freeing my money up for a week so this is not hurting a multi million dollar corporation . But returning it and losing my money would hurt me. And the manager could easily correct the error, but she refuses to. I'm thinking about taking them to court for the money I already invested if the error on their part by their employee is not corrected.

The Store Manager Franklin and the sales associate, Joe, helped me with a great deal on the S22 ultra. Franklin and Joe consistently deliver +1 customer service, my home store on Frankford ave are the best, cleanest, and very lovely associated that works there.

Absolutely horrible . I don’t NEED to use this type buying option . However , I do bc of flexibility. The manager is absolutely ridiculous, and did not even come to speak with me directly . I was told one thing over the phone about a upgrade , then something completely different when I was in store . I will continue to business with this company , just not this location . It’s not what it used to be ! I’ve purchased (not rented ) multiple sets of furniture and random items from here . I won’t be doing business with this location again . I highly advise anyone that wants to use them , to go to any location other than this one !

Current manager doesn’t understand how to talk to people. Tried to force my wife into signing up for auto pay wouldn’t take no for an answer meanwhile we only had 9 weeks left on our contract. I went in to make a payment today and let them know I was paying my contract off next week. He asked if we were looking into anything else I replied not while your here. He delayed my transaction trying to figure out why. Meanwhile my reply of let’s just get this transaction taken care of so I can leave was unacceptable to him.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Called on Wednesday to pick up furniture on Saturday,John who answered said no problem. Called Friday,cause had a problem when they dropped it off,glad I did cause I was never put in for pick up. Naomi said she would leave a note with the manager to call me. 3 and half hours go by,I call 30 minutes before they closed. Naomi answered and said they'll pick up between 12-2. Saturday comes,called at 3:15,said short handed,should be there today. Had to call corporate who called the store,who patched the manager through and wanted me hold the furniture until Monday,cause I had all the room in the world after getting my other furniture delivered the same day. Manager wanted me to help his guy load it on the truck and was complaining about 2 people who called out. Worst service,they can not figure out a solution. Well here's one next time call other employees,then start calling your delivery stops and see who can hold off or not. Not wait unit 10 minutes before you close and ask can you help me out!! What a joke this place has become!!
