We moved in 6 months ago. The staff is always friendly. however we're told when doing the tour that the gym would be renovated within the following next 2 weeks, this didn't happen. The building has two elevator which one of them has been out for 2 months which makes it super inconvenient for the entire building to use just one elevator. Kinda disappointing. We enjoy living there just wanted to be honest and fair to new people moving in and having high expectations on any reservations that are being promised to them.

Great Experience at 1 Brown!
I recently moved into 1 Brown, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, Manny, the leasing consultant, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensure I had everything I needed.
The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was looking for. The community feels safe and welcoming, and any concerns I’ve had so far have been addressed promptly.
If you’re looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend 1 Brown—and be sure to ask for Manny if you want top-notch service!

I just wanted to take a moment to express how much I love my new place. The area is fantastic, the neighbors are friendly, and it’s wonderfully quiet—just what I was looking for.
I also want to extend my gratitude to Manny and Rose for making the move-in process so smooth and hassle-free. Their assistance was truly appreciated. And as for my apartment—it’s absolutely amazing!
Another thing I really enjoy is the cute parties they host. It’s such a nice touch that makes the community feel even more welcoming.
Thank you for everything, and I appreciate all the efforts that went into making this transition such a great experience.

This apartment complex is worth the money with their spacious unit & amenities, plus the leasing office & management team are very upfront, taking the time to communicate what's going on at the property at all times. They host nice events for residents throughout the year & are working hard to make updates to the place consistently. Manny was very helpful with move in! A good spot if you want to be in the northern liberties area.

Rose in management is fantastic. She always helps us whenever she can! Any concern or question we have is answered within the next day! Maintenance also always is in the apartment if needed within the day! All in all the new team has work hard to make the building look nice and hired people who really care!

I recently toured apartments at 1Brown with leasing specialist Manny Santos. I can’t say enough good things about Manny and how comfortable he made me feel throughout the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything I neeeded to know about the building and the area it’s in. On top of that just a really really nice guy that handles himself very professionally. I also had the pleasure of meeting the buildings manager Rose, who was also very accommodating and very professional to deal with. A great experience all around with fantastic team of individuals at 1 Brown.
