I’ve come to this rite aid on several occasions and it always smells like feet; it never fails. I feel so bad for the people who have to work in here because I couldn’t imagine getting accustomed to that smell. Justice for the Rite Aid workers.

Ugh does this location suck. It always smells bad, the refrigerated section is warm inside, the manager is too lazy to help, and the pharmacists can't seem to call when there is a Rx issue. I only continue to go, because it's two blocks away.

This is the cleanest store where you can find everything you need at reasonable prices. The staff is well trained and eager to help no matter what your need may be.

Keith working the register was super helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed.

On 4/21/23 at 6:20 PM Rite Aid, 1500 W. Moyamensing Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19145 I could not safely access the front entrance because a man with an adult, reactive pit bull was blocking it...The dog was rearing up and snarling as the man struggled to restrain it...He was amicably chatting with 2 store employees who did nothing to correct the situation...It was left up to me to shout at him to leave the door area...After he did I told the two employees they did not need to encourage that behavior...When I was about to leave with my prescription I noticed that the employees were allowing a woman to bring an UNMUZZLED pit bull INSIDE the store...One of the 2 original employees "claimed" to be the manager and said store policy allowed these dogs to enter...I complained that this was unprofessional, unhealthy, unhygienic and unsafe...Don't risk life and limb to go to this location...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, for almost a year I been getting the same birth control. They refuse to keep it in stock, then I was told that the birth control I ordered they gave to someone else. I have to go days without my next pill. The lady started yelling at me, saying it's all my fault for not calling and checking on my meds. This isn't the first time I had issues with there staff, months ago they would just hang up on people. Or put the phone on the counter and just wait for me to hang up or just hang up after waiting. I saw them do this in person and reported it, nothing was done for 5 months. My mom and I had to play phone tag, taking turns to try to get ahold of someone. When I had covid and needed my breathing treatment meds, we had to play phone tag for 3 days. Taking turns for me to get my meds ordered! I was exposed and so was my mom so we couldn't just go in person. I am switching after today, she yelled at me to the point I started crying and she didn't stop after that. DO NOT GO HERE

The Rite Aid staff is exceptionally courteous and responsive to customer requests. The pharmacist actually called me when the Covid vaccines first came out to see if I wanted one. And then when they had them in he called again so I could go right in and get my shot. I call on Sunday mornings to have the Sunday paper put aside for me, and again it is done with a smile. I am so lucky to live so close to such a great store!

It seems clear that this Rite Aid is following the path of the several others that have closed in Center City recently, now that the pharmacy staff have dropped to the same level as the other store staff. It's chilling to realize that our medicines and health-safety are in the hands of a pharmacy employee who is incredibly rude, acts aggressively, and can't be bothered to take a moment to answer a simple question about the price of an expensive and life-saving medicine for my child--much less utter a coherent thought or offer a fact. It's mystifying that Rite Aid would continue its downward trajectory by hiring a person like this young woman answering the phone and replying in this way to pharmacy calls mid-morning on May 31, 2022. Thanks to her, Rite Aid, you've lost my entire family as long-time customers. You are terrifying.

It's hard to get a parking spot, even though rite aid has a personal parking lot for customers. It seems the Italian market customers use the parking lot as well even handicap. Rite aid employees are not going to do anything even though there's a new Blum Towing sign. Also it seems you don't have to wear mask. Horrible

Wow what a terrible Rite Aid! Not only was there only one stressed out employee on the resister, but no bathroom use - it was locked with someone probably "blowing it up" with stank - ugh and ewww! The whole vibe of the store seemed disorganized and dirty!

Rite Aid with parking in the Italian Market area. The store is fairly well stocked with all the pharmacy essentials. Personal care, grocery items, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, cosmetics, make up, first aid, greeting cards, pain relief, and more. The pharmacy offers Covid vaccines, flu shots, as well as the Rx services. Get the Rite Aid Wellness card and earn 20% off on every purchase!

Got the Covid vaccine here, pharmacist made me feel at ease. The screech pop store music was a bit grating though...
