I'd say this is one of the worst chain pharmacies around but to be honest there don't seem to be that many left and none of them are trying. Went in on a Sunday morning to grab a drink and there was literally no one working the store. Not at the counter or in the aisles. Had to check out at the pharmacy area. The shelves are routinely mostly empty. It seems like Rite Aid is just patiently waiting to go bankrupt. This company stinks. Go to your local independent pharmacy instead if you're lucky enough to still have one.

The workers are horrible,very rude and the manger doesn't do anything when you tell him.they need to close this store down too

Last night, the cashier asked that I run back to the cooler to check the price of an item she was ringing up for me. When I came back up to the register and told her it was $7.29, this random employee with gray braids magically appeared and excitedly kept saying, “wait a minute, wait a minute!”, to the cashier as she heeded back to the cooler to check the price. She clearly didn’t believe I was providing the correct price for the item, and her hustled gait towards the cooler revealed that she hoped that I was lying.
When she slowly and quietly came back from the cooler, she didn’t say anything to the cashier, and avoided eye contact with both of us. Annoyed by her unnecessary interference and subsequent disregard of the situation she created, I asked her directly, “It was $7.29, correct?”, to which she barely responded, “uh huh”. Failing to hide her disappointment, she quietly pretended to rearrange something on the counter afterwards.
“Treat others the way that you wish to be treated” is a very easy and simple rule to follow. If you are incapable of this, give yourself a sick day and STAY HOME. Don’t come out into the world and crap on others just to make yourself feel better.
Don’t be a Scrooge!
Btw- I called Rite Aid’s customer service, but the system said to call back during business hours. This store has historically sucked, and the online complaints prove that it’s never going to change.

Awful experience. Pharmacist that was there today, 12-17-24 at 10:00AM, is always on a power trip. Each time I go he makes up all these ad hoch requirements making me think he's following some law but he's just on a power trip. Multiple times I've had to leave, contact my Doctor, then come back another day. Today it was obvious from the conversation he's just making things more difficult than necessary. The employees are really nice at this location. It's a shame they've got this pharmacist.

I hate leaving negative reviews but need to warn anyone against using this pharmacy, especially for essential medicine. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone, they do not honor their delivery promises, and they constantly argue with the expiration date of my prescriptions. Customer service is awful when I do manage to get ahold of someone. Go anywhere else.

I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for the last 50 minutes. No one answers and I only want to confirm receipt of an important medication. I called yesterday and was on hold for a lengthy period of time as well.

First time being at a rite aid in years -- didn't even realize rite aid was still around :) (Came in to use the Amazon lockers to pick up shipments.) Overall seems alright. Decent selection of basic household items. Lots of empty shelves, though.

Customer service is horrible. It is a man that works day shift that is totally unempathic to questions addressed to them about their medications. I love rite aid pricing and most of the employees, but this store in particular has very rude customer service in the pharmacy. The manager is the person i spoke with i believe, but sure ot was a man and i called today 10/22/24 @ 12:15 pm. Extremely unprofessional person! If i could i would never patronage this store ever again.

The only reason this is three stars is because of the patience and professionalism one of the pharmacy techs showed me while I was being denied my incredibly important prescription by the pharmacy manager, who in turn was treating me like an idiot for only having a temporary paper license.
I just moved here, so for about 7 days I had only a paper license. He insisted he couldn’t help me. So am I now supposed to suffer seizures because I don’t have plastic? I picked up medical MJ and booked a doctors appointment with this license- it stated in bold on it that it was a “valid form of ID.” The pharmacy manager literally doesn’t care if you die, it seems. Just kept saying “no.” He finally caved when I basically staged a sit-in and refused to leave until he gave me my *ten pills.* He quite literally sneered at me like I was a forgetful child, “next time you NEED to have a VALID ID.” What an absolute jerk!
Go somewhere else for your meds.
Again, two stars towards the one guy who had to face me, slightly hysterical and a little angry. It wasn’t his fault.
