The folks working the pharmacy seem to be allergic to phones.Yesterday, I called 7 times within a one hour period to try to confirm the status of a script order and no one picked up the phone. I had to go to the store myself only to be told that they don't even have my script. They could have saved me a trip for nothing by simply picking up the phone.I followed up with the hospital coordinator today and she confirmed that she was not able to get ahold of the pharmacy either but had left the the script on their prescriber line. They still should have had my script. Thankfully, they mailed me a copy but I don't know if I'll receive it in time for the appointment.Very poor service to both providers and patients!

Horrible pharmacy. They close at 9pm. J however i call multiple times from 840pm-9pm and the phone just rings. I get its the end of shift but why claim to be open till 9 if you cannot be bothered before then. Shows how much you care about people. I call the next morning after 9am and the phone just rings. Disgusting.

They had what I needed, but parking my bike was a pain because the entire block only had two bike racks. Both of them were full, so people were locking their bikes to trees and signs and taking their bikes into the store with them because there was nowhere to lock their bike.

Treated very badly at the pharmacy. I was shocked when the person said they were the manager. Very dismissive attitude. No acknowledgment after several minutes standing alone at the counter. Manager exited the pharmacy to give a shot, returned to count pills without washing hands. Rolled eyes when I brought it to their attention then refused to fill the order. She made the assistant fill the order. Customer service 800 number routes calls back to manager I believe that is why they don’t care. Regional pharmacy director does not return correspondence. Horrible.

No shock here, followed online and in-store instructions to get my prescriptions transferred here with radio silence in return. Finally had my doc send new scripts. Again, no communication to tell me they’re ready. Didn’t answer the phone. In-person follow up with pharmacy staff immediately giving me attitude and lying that it would take an hour. Never received any communication after that. Had to go back and stand there until my prescription was filled because I didn’t trust them to forget about it all when I walked away.

I switched to this Rite Aid from the CVS down the street on Fairmount because that CVS is quite literally hell on earth. At first, I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of Rite Aid pharmacy staff and quick turnaround on scripts.Now, I can't get a hold of them for days. No one answers the phone. I finally got someone the other day, who said they would order my med. The med was never ordered according to the Rite Aid pharmacy app and the app directs me to call.And I have tried to call 10+ times, at all hours, for the last 2 days, with no answer.EDIT: Rite Aid Corporate, don't even try to drop a sweet line about how I should call 1-800-RITE-AID. The woman who answered the phone there told me there was nothing she could do and advised me to go to the physical location.

Worst rite aid and pharmacy. Super rude and not helpful at all. It can take multiple visits spanning multiple weeks to ge a prescription. I would avoid stepping in here at all cost. Not even for gum would I go here

Nobody will pick up the phone. I have called repeatedly, on different days, at different times to get a prescription filled. This is a pharmacy! Please pick up the phone.

I tried to get a flu shot at this location last Wednesday. Before going, I called to ask about availability, but the call hung up on me several times when I tried to call without ever talking to a human. I tried to schedule online, but the online scheduling system pushed me to the following week, and, even though I was able to schedule, I was not aware that the scheduling for the shot would be more than a week out. I arrived at the pharmacy, and was told by the Pharmacist, named I** that there was no appointments for me. smiled in a very dismissive way, and said come back next week. I am a senior with mobility issues, and walked over a mile to this appointment. Also, there were only two people there, and the process of giving them their shots went very quickly. She could have squeezed me in, but refused, smiling dismissively again, and essentially slamming the door on me. You could do better, and this makes me very upset.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone - pharmacist or retail worker - for three days now, calling morning and evening. I am trying to confirm an updated prescription and pick it up. This is medication for an surgery I had on my foot so I am not able to go to the physical location. I've now run out of that medication. What is going on???

I visited the store today in search of bar soap and insect repellent. I found empty shelves and employees who could not tell me when these products might become available. I came home empty -handed with no desire to ever return.

Not the best rite aid in the city, but definitely could be better. Recently visited for booster shot and was very disappointed. Will not be returning to this location. Please hire more cashier's. Or invest in some self checkouts like CVS has.

lazy pharmacist lied to me about not being able to get script from CVS. then told me I had to pay cash Bc he said they prob already ran it! i was delirious and he refused to look up number for CVS on ridge. clearly picked wrong profession. 8:20 7/5 never coming back
