For months this store has had virtually nothing on the shelves. Don’t waste your time looking here.

They real worried about people stealin the 2 deodorants they have. You have to call over a stoned employee to get anything so your trip takes 5x longer. I was gonna get more stuff but gave up. Order online - rite aid wants to lose customers

Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone as a policy now. I've tried maybe 10 times over a month so it's clearly not a shift to shift issue. The business is very obviously circling the drain and has near nothing in stock much of the time. Honestly I would just move on.

Got my annual vaccines here and pharmacist Ann was great. I barely felt a thing! The store is also low traffic so you don’t have to wait in any long lines.

The new pharmacy team is great, helpful, and goes above and beyond. Especially grateful for their help on days when it's just one person.

Very friendly staff and clean store. Open pretty late at night. They have their own parking lot so parking is very convenient!

The store itself is fine. You will generally find what you need. The two stars is for the poor service at the pharmacy and that's being generous. 1. They don't answer the phone. I called 7 times yesterday and five times today. The phone rings and rings endlessly. The initial voice greeting on the phone is from the CEO. He says pharmacies are short staffed due to Covid, leading to increased wait times and challenges answering the phone. We are nearly 2 years into the pandemic. If this location hasn't calibrated to the changes secondary to Covid at this point in time, they will never get it together. The "staffing" issues are not my problem. Rite Aid is a massive corporation making millions of dollars a year and I have a difficult time believing there is a shortage of pharmacist in the massive city. Each time I've been here, there are 2-3 pharmacists working and 0-1 customers. I cannot understand why no one will answer the phone for a customer. Sure, my doctor's office was able to call and put a prescription through, but that's only PART of the service they are there to provide. Obviously I called because I had a legitimate question and really could not afford to take time out of my work day to WALK there and ask them about it because 1. I'm busy and 2. Answering customer questions is their job, not mine. 2. They billed my insurance without authorization As a new customer to this location, there is no way they had my insurance information. I'm not QUITE sure how they got it, but when I arrived my prescription was there and they already ran it through my insurance. I wanted to use a goodrx discount because the cost of the medication is cheaper without my insurance than with it. (Thanks, capitalism.) Anyway, when the checkout process started I told the pharmacist I wanted to use the goodrx coupon. She sighed and then rudely told me "I already ran your insurance." me: Yes, okay, but you didn't have authorization to do that. I don't want to use my insurance. She told me again that she already ran it and that's why I have insurance. I told her I am aware I have insurance, but I also have the choice to use it or not and since the medication is cheaper without it, I did not want to use it. She rolled her eyes, sighed and said rudely, "Well, then you need to wait cause I am in the middle of something and I can't log out of what I'm doing to help you. Or you can come back." (Now, keep in mind there are at least 3 other computers there, if not 5. There are also 2 other people working there, one of whom did not look busy at all.) I didn't have time to wait and I was already annoyed by the poor service and now angry about the amount of attitude I'm getting for trying to save money. I'm not sure why I, as a paying customer, should be made to feel like I am an inconvenience because some lady feels stressed about her job or is angry that she is there or whatever. I've worked in stressful jobs too and that never gave me the right to make others feel like they are an annoyance. She' works in patient care for God sake! I paid for the prescription despite paying more than I would without the insurance. I didn't have time to sit there for who knows how long before she felt like helping me and my lunch hour was ticking away. If I have to go back here, I will be prepared for this level of nonsense and I will not allow her to bully me. (I would honestly go to another pharmacy, but unfortunately the drug I need is cheapest here out of pocket.) Moral of the story- if you are going to the pharmacy here and need extra help or any support out of the ordinary, be ready to stick up for yourself.

Loving and caring employees. Good deals on vitamins. And great sale prices. Would definitely recommend.
