I've been trying to get a hold of the pharmacy for two days with NO LUCK 🤬. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE SO I'M GOING TO HAVE TO WALK THERE AND BACK in a 6°F weather all to give them insurance information! Thankfully it's not my medicine being mishandled but my bosses and he's too old and sick to get there by himself. Ridiculous

Is there a trick to getting the pharmacy to answer the phone? Like, is there a secret number I can call? Is there a time of day where they accept phone calls? (I’ve tried most times of day, so I assume no?)
Is there a phone back there? Wouldn’t it be easier for all parties involved if the automated phone response just said, “stop wasting your time, there is no chance the pharmacy is picking up this call.”?

This Rite Aid pharmacy plays alot of games. I had to make multiple visits to pick up my moms medication. The first time I’ve got most of her medication. But she didn’t get her insulin. They said it wouldn’t be ready in couple days. I tried plenty times calling there but the line doesn’t go through it would just hang up. I went there and they tell me to come back the next day they just filled it in and it won’t be ready until the next day. But doesn’t it automatically become filled? Now I have to make another trip. And their phone doesn’t even work. It becomes extremely frustrating when you have to makes these multiple trip when it should’ve been ready the second time I came!

Good thing I'm not disabled and can walk over to this pharmacy, otherwise I'd never be able to talk to someone; they never answer the phone.

All the workers are very nice and helpful, but there simply isn't anything on the shelves. At first I thought I caught them in the middle of a restock, but I've been back a few times and still the same story.

I will give 5 star rating.But I can't I call the Rite Aid Store early in the morning.They told me to call back for my medication.The phone is not picking up and when you call up And the phone hung up for me.
And no one is doing Not in what the phone Just never happened before on me

I am a frequent customer but this location is clearly dying a slow death. Refrigerators haven’t been restocked in weeks, no bread for months, empty shelves everywhere. Seems like a waste of time trying to shop here at this point.

7:10 and the doors are still locked. We can see the workers wandering around in there. It says they open at 7 o'clock.

This rite aid is in a sketch part, with lots of interesting characters just outside the store but the inside is pristine and the customer service, especially at the pharmacy, is excellent. The staff are patient and pleasant, and it seems like they take customer care seriously. Good experience thus far, have been using this pharmacy for about 3 months now.
