7:10 and the doors are still locked. We can see the workers wandering around in there. It says they open at 7 o'clock.

This rite aid is in a sketch part, with lots of interesting characters just outside the store but the inside is pristine and the customer service, especially at the pharmacy, is excellent. The staff are patient and pleasant, and it seems like they take customer care seriously. Good experience thus far, have been using this pharmacy for about 3 months now.

Horrible place, detestable staff.. all the products are locked and when you ask for assistance they never arrive and they are on the phonesTerrible I will never go there again I will tell every person I know not to go it is horrible

Let’s face it. The healthcare system in the US just SUCKS SO BAD. Going to a doctor’s office sucks and it’s so impersonal any more, and takes HOURS. Ditto for a hospital or ER visit. Going to a pharmacy sucks. Dealing with insurance companies SUCKS. It is not fair that so many of us struggle to maintain proper healthcare in America these days. We need a Revolution to address real change to the healthcare system.That said, this pharmacy does a GREAT JOB. They care, they are professionals, they work very, very hard to keep us healthy and medicated, and they are super kind. Basel and his staff are truly 5 star people who are working in a 1 star system. It is not their fault they are short staffed and overworked. BLAME RiteAid and the government for that, not the staff here. The staff here does such a great job given the challenges placed on them by corporate. I thank them for all that they do. They are like heroes. Thank you to the staff at Rite Aid Pharmacy. I wish corporate gives you more relief.You should thank them for the work they do when you go there.

Called pharmacy about urgent need for prescription. Was on hold for 2hours 8 minutes. Disgraceful!!! Pharmacist never answered hung up after being on hold for over 2 hours. I wouldn’t buy a pack of gum from this Rute Aid!!

RITE AID: Please hire extra personnel to work in the pharmacy. I spent hours trying to get through via phone call. I called so much not giving up. on those occasions several times I could hear the phone was clearly picked up and slammed back. these pharmacists are extremely overworked! but answering the phone is a part of the job. If that means hiring another person, Rite Aid needs to fix that. This is healthcare, these are peoples medication‘s. This is a very dangerous and avoidable situation, just please answer the phone. I had to call my insurance company and they were put on hold. The gentleman helping me politely asked me to be patient because there was no answer and he also experienced the pick up hangup technique. So I put on my coat and walked to my pharmacy 5 blocks away (on hold the entire time, over 35 minutes at this point) and pleaded that they answer the phone literally showing them I was on hold with my insurance AND I could hear the phone ringing. They finally answer my insurance company after I had to WALK to them in person and demand that they answer. they need more help, they are understaffed! Im definitely not the only costumer going through this, it’s become a giant frustration with the residents of the neighborhood

This store is horrible. Everytime that I call, after several rings, someone finally answers the phone and immediately puts me on hold. Then I called in a prescription last Wednesday and it still hasn't been filled yet. I've called several times and the phone just rings, no one ever answers the phone. This pharmacy is a joke.

Pharmacy never answers the phone l have been calling for two days, all different times. I spent three hours...thank goodness my life didn't depend on it....IF YOU NEED IMPORTANT MEDS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

When I had gotten surgery at Oral surgeon because I had gotten surgery done too my teeth inside of my ? that's when they put the prescription in for me two pick up I was definitely in Pain that day

Always messes up my prescriptions. Either out of stock or enters my information wrong or takes ages to fill- always leads to a lapse in my medication! And They never pick up their phone! Today they told my insurance was terminated, and so I got my insurance on the phone but they wouldn't pick up their phone the first 4 tries to clear it up! And I was standing there looking through the glass asking them to pick up the phone! And i was the only one there! Turns out information was entered wrong again. The cashiers in the front are always very friendly but depending who you get in the pharmacy they really give terrible customer service. I need to find a new pharmacy.

Isn’t it illegal to lock customers inside the store? Their clerk this evening has the front entrance deadbolted shut. You have to be let in and then he locks you in and lets you out

This pharmacy was fine until recently. For the past few months, they would very rarely pick up the phone. They also refuse to refill medications even when there are supposed to be more refills, making doctors or even insurances call them directly before they’ll entertain any notion of refill. Then, they give false ready dates for your refills to be picked up, only to tell you on the due date that they’ll have it tomorrow. If you try to call them in order to ask what is going on, they will not pick up the phone.
