Horrible pharmacy they never answer calls from patients doctor offices or other pharmacies the wait is always long- I loved and needed a transfer the new pharm was calling for days I was on hold almost 2 hrs waiting to speak to someone then call drop
This is why going out of business prople need their meds shameful

They NEVER answer the phone for the pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!!! I was on hold for OVER a hour and STILL no one picked up!

If I could give no stars, I damned sure would. You are responsible for folks prescriptions so someone should be answering the phone! Prescriptions are ready according to the automated telephone system but when you arrive, you're still waiting 45 mins. Horrible! Do better as you're one of the few to remain open.

This ghetto pharmacy. They never pick up the phone. They’ll send your prescription back within 2 days. You’ll get texts saying it’s ready for pick up then when you go they have no idea what’s going on or where it went. I can honestly see why rite aid is going out of business. They need to close this store immediately because these ppl do not care! Ppl need their meds and they want to be unprofessional and not do their job correctly. It’s extremely frustrating and all rite aid is going to say is they’re sorry for the situation but won’t properly address it. It’s ridiculous!
Then have nerve to respond and tell me to call or chat. Why would I call and y’all don’t pick up?! Do better!

They got a lil better I haven’t seen the lil black girl that was a cashier and stole from me last year… she said she ain’t have change and wouldn’t give me a receipt last year after my mom died and I was stayin with my sis if I was in a better place mentally I woulda handled her but God got it now!

Horrible. I was just in hold for 30 minutes and they never picked up. I'm transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The service is unacceptable. I should not have to call customer service every time I need assistance because they never answer or hang up after waiting on the line for 30 minutes. My DOCTOR and my new pharmacy haven't been able to reach anyone for FOUR DAYS!!!
Go to EMAX PHARMACY. It's two blocks away. Never a line and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
Placed 5 calls at different times between 10AM and 6PM on a Tuesday and was on hold for more than 30 minutes with no response each time.
What good is a pharmacy that won't even let you pick up your prescriptions!?!?
Shameful that this store is crowding out other businesses that would actually care about the health of their customers.

The pharmacy refuses to answer the phone and I don’t understand what the point of even having a phone to call when no one picks up. Extremely unprofessional and low class. This is important stuff people are calling about, and the negligence to customers is ridiculous. Find a pharmacy in the burbs fr. I’ve currently been on hold for 25 minutes just to ask if they have my medication in stock. Which they probably wont. Lovely.

Rite Aid on 52 Baltimore ave..I call the medicine in..and they said medicine is ready...And then call my brother all the from Bensalm and said pick up the medicine..stand in a long line to tell me no medicine...That's is wrong..One terrible place..Yall need to get yall employee together

Not great doesn't feel safe. Understocked on medication and product shelves are sparse. To get through on phone you must press number for doctors office calling or you will not get and answer in under 30 minutes or at all.I feel sorry for the area having this as an only option.
