Rite Aid on 52 Baltimore ave..I call the medicine in..and they said medicine is ready...And then call my brother all the from Bensalm and said pick up the medicine..stand in a long line to tell me no medicine...That's is wrong..One terrible place..Yall need to get yall employee together

Not great doesn't feel safe. Understocked on medication and product shelves are sparse. To get through on phone you must press number for doctors office calling or you will not get and answer in under 30 minutes or at all.I feel sorry for the area having this as an only option.

Pharmacy is next level incompetent. Currently four days behind on their prescriptions and refuse to answer their phone to confirm if prescriptions are there, or even to transfer your script to another pharmacy.Sincerely terrible. Avoid if you…you know, rely on your meds being on time.

PLEASE CLEAN YOUR CARTS! They are extremely filthy and unsanitary and hard to look at. To place my food or other items in your hand carts makes me cringe, so much I have to bring my purchased items home and clean them before placing them in my refrigerator. Omg! Being both elderly and handicapped, as are others, we need those carts!It was nice to see food items in the freezer section because its usually bare. Except for $5.00 dozen of eggs and one item here or there, which is pathetic.(Those eggs will hatch chickens and grow hair before I buy them.)There is usually NO MILK as well. An everyday household necessity. What's the problem?How can you advertise sale items that are never in stock...Perhaps the inventory is being manipulated and/or new staff and training is required. (Business 101.)Come on Mr. Rite Aid...You Can Do It.Mystery Shoppers...Best Job In The World. ; )

They never ever answer phone even my doctor said she has a hard time getting someone to answer phone also always an I mean always have a long long line they should just shut it down and replace it with a CVS.

AVOID THIS RITE AID PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. They do not answer the phone, ever, for any reason. They will bill your insurance for meds that they do no have in stock, so you will have no choice but to walk there even though they almost certainly do not have your prescription filled. Upon arriving you find yourself surrounded by a throng of angry customers who have waited eternities for the privilege of being ignored. You finally get to talk to a real person, who is kind and reasonable but unable to affect change in a system that has no regard for your health. She calmly helps you transfer your script to a functional pharmacy, and you respond with a grateful sigh. The knowledge that you will never need to return to this Rite Aid Pharmacy fills you with determination.

Horrible service. They never answer the phone. I was in there one time waiting on a prescription on the phone with my doctor and he was calling them also and I had to tell them to answer the phone for him. Wish I didn't have to use this pharmacy. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER deal with this rite aid. They are so unprofessional. I could be dying on hold waiting for someone to answer. I'm on hold right now just trying to get my prescription sent to another rite aid. I'd rather have to walk 20 miles then to deal with thrm.

The pharmacy staff is unprofessional. Answering the calls we're supposed to be improved that's a joke. So all the people who are having an issue with the non responding associates file a grievance with your insurance. It's no sense in calling Customer Service, they don't seem to be helping. My ratings will be zero star if that was an option.

The managaer Andre was very helpful and kind I wish a lot of ppl was like him I walk in to shop had to use the bathroom n the lady in the front told me that I can't use the bathroom cause someone lock the keys in the bathroom then I seen Andre stocking shelf so I ask him and he say hold on I have spare keys thanks so much he also help me and my husband thank u so much and when in the bathroom there was no keys in there so I guess she ain't want to let me use it not nice cause I was shopping

If it weren't the only pharmacy in my immediate neighborhood I would take my business elsewhere. The store is dirty, everytime it rains the roof leaks and there ate buckets to collect water.Service at the pharmacy is atrocious, expect to wait in line at least a half an hour, expect people to cut in line, expect someone in front of you to make a scene or throw a tantrum at the pharmacy register, the problems go on and on.

Called 4 times, spent 20 minutes being sent back to the menu over and over after trying to get a hold of someone at the pharmacy. Even tried getting a hold of someone in the store and got sent back to the menu. Waste of time, try somewhere else.There’s a CVS at 43rd and locust that does a much better job, they pick up the phone no problems and staff is always nice. So, if you’re wondering where to try this is a much better option for you.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful whenever I pick up my meds! I don't believe they have a lot of staffing, but I'm okay waiting to be served without irritating the people who work there and are being helpful to me.

The Pharmacy is never ready when I come to pick them up. Prescriptions are sent over in the A.M. or noon and still not ready by the time I get off of work 5 and get there about 6:30, 7P.M. this is ridiculous. Then she says a half hour it will be ready why should it take that long why do they not fill the prescription when it's sent over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fill and stock your shelves as well they are always bare!!!!! I've been using this Rite Aid for awhile now and I am completely over it! Switching as of today!!!!!!!!!!! I guess the owners of Rite Aid doesn't care about losing their profit, everytime its the same I'm not the only one who's complaining check the comments!

Everyone is reporting phone issues with the pharmacy, and corporate apparently hasn't realized that the solution to an understaffed pharmacy is to hire more staff. Do so *immediately* or experience reduced shareholder profit. I would also greatly prefer being on hold indefinitely over the call being disconnected; you might also consider implementing a callback queue
