I have been calling for 2 days to this pharmacy for my afib medication refill. The Rite Aid I typically used closed and I am now in the West area of the city. I am also disabled, so I did the refill through the phone system. Called used the system again to see if it was ready the system has said 3x now that it has no information which then prompts a call to the pharmacy no one has answered at all. I've called myself at 9:00 sharp no answer 10:00 no answer 12:30 no answer I need my medication as it's for my heart and that's nothing to play with. As a new customer to this location I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care or concern this location has for its customers. I cannot just go there unless the medication is there as my heart races when walking. If you're not going to fill it please let me know so I can find another Rite Aid that will.Disappointed ☹️***Update***I left this review on the incorrect location, this is the store that come tomorrow I will have reached out to 3x. I need my heart medication.

I wish that I can give this location 0 stars, I tried to give them a chance because they are extremely close to me but their pharmacy truly sucks! Two months ago they told me they never got my kids prescription and when i called the Dr office they told me they sent it already and will resend the prescription, when they resent it I waited until the following day and went and again they never got it, I went furious to the dr office and they printed out BOTH prescription fax proof and gave me a hard copy of the prescription, I get there and they tell me we dont have this medicine and that they won't order it, at this point I was furious and took it to the Wynnefield location and they ordered the prescription for me. When my dr sent my prescription for my Epipen i was told the same the dr sent it over 3 times I ended up going to a Walgreen's for this order. They constantly "didn't receive" you're prescription, there's a huge disconnect in this location and it's literally playing with people health. Now my dr made the mistake of faxing over my kids prescription to this location again, and im calling to confirm that they received it and NO ONE ANSWERS the phone two days straight!!!!! This is unprofessional, please just go somewhere else, and don't bother calling corporate because they don't care!

They do not open on time!!!!! It's so unprofessional and when you are on a schedule you have certain expectations from businesses and Rite Aid does not meet them!

Not much on the shelves! They say they ope at 7:00 am it's 7:30 am and the doors are locked and the store is dark. Go figure, this is why I try not to use this store. Poor everything!

Never open on time,ever !Might as well change hours to "whenever employees choose to show up" . Excuses, oh they got plenty! Hours posted on front door. ...meaningless Online hours listed. ...... don't matter This store will open when they are good and ready! Zero respect for customers' time,if your employees consistently demonstrate they cannot make the effort to open ontime please change hours to when you can wrangle them out of bed to do their jobs whenever they may be.
