My go-to Rite Aid. As in I’m always there. I absolutely love this store/pharmacy and its staff.
Usually it’s well stocked and I always buy more than I planned on (lol) but I don’t mind because I want to support this store!
Sadly, the last few times I’ve come in, the shelves are so bare… I inquired with the staff and was told that deliveries have been reduced to keep stock low due to excessive theft… this breaks my heart because if I can’t get the convenience items here that I normally do, I’ll be forced to go to Giant or even Wawa… I’d much rather go to your store!!
I understand the need to reduce theft… perhaps instead of reducing the delivery days/stock on the shelves, you could invest in security instead?
Either way I’ll still use the pharmacy ALWAYS, I just don’t want your store to close because people stop shopping there because the shelves are always empty… :(

I just left this store and was treated poorly by a girl named Colleen, she may have been the manager.I was purchasing a discounted item and I told her how much the item was as. She ignored me and told the cashier she had to get the ticket . That would have been fine but when came back I asked “was it the price “ she just ignored me.All she would have to do was acknowledge that I was speaking to her. She is just plain rude.The cashier , However Alyssa the cashier was pleasant and helpful.We make a lot of purchases in your store, and I would hate to have to switch to another store do to your employees being rude .

The manager and associates are very pleasant and helpful. This store is always neat and clean and fully stocked. Definitely my Go to store!

Almost always have an issue with a monthly medication that needs to be ordered. Not the staff's fault but still annoying. I think their system should be capable of self ordering a med a pt has taken every month since 2016 but it doesn't. Pharmacy staff usually very friendly but efficient.

Frankford and Linden Rite Aid is always clean and organized. All the Store Associate are Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable and Efficient. Rarely is the item I needed out of stock. Prices are normal for 2023. Location is very convenient. I love this store. Highly Recommend.

The register manager Rebecca Jones gives us a hard time and a bad customer service and a stupid excuse to not give us the money we were collecting throught western union.

Cashier helped me with my vitamins, had to check several boxes for correct type. Very helpful with getting coupon-eligible type.
