It’s decently stocked. I got immense attitude from a cashier there who made me very uncomfortable. Save yourself the trouble and go to CVS just down the block.

On my last visit I got everything I needed easily. I stupidly dropped my phone on the way to my car and the Manager on duty went above and beyond to be sure it was returned to me ASAP. Everyone was very nice. I have also had great experiences with the pharmacy getting insurance covered covid tests. Nice to know there is a store with decent people working there! I can't say the same for the CVS down the street- awful! Glad to have the Rite Aid!

Went here last night at 6:13pm was treated so poor, I never experienced this at this rite aid ever! I specifically said the older man ringing me up that I saw a bunch of the same products on the shelf he rudely replied well it’s not do you want it or not? I said I do but for the price it says back there! I was forced to walk to the back of the store again, I took a picture of it and walked to the front as the older man with all grey hair yelled price check and left me alone at the register and told the next guy in line, I can take you over here and as he started ringing people up he started talking to me saying we are not going to fix the price for you! I than get the manager who tells me he can’t honor the item for $15 which was $25 because they get people who steal from there 24/7! I just walked away because I didn’t feel like arguing but they really made a customer feel embarrassed definitely never shopping here ever again!

Never have I had an issue shopping here before, tonight my husband and I stopped by dressed up for Halloween with our family. We were tended to by an older white man by the name of Walter, everything was fine up until my husband started speaking Spanish to me and he realized we weren’t “white”. His demeanor changed instantly and disgusted can’t even express the way I feel about being treated the way I was. He couldn’t even hand me my receipt like a human being , he instead threw my receipt into my bag. I still politely wished him a good night and all he said was “mhm” while running his hand down the side of his face as if he was angry. When I saw this I couldn’t take it and I said “are you okay” and again he says “mhm” in the same tone. I didn’t catch the nice security guards name, but he provided me with Walters name and explained he gets complaints about Walter all of the time. People like him shouldn’t be working in establishments where they have to deal with people. This is unacceptable behavior and disgusting.

so everything is locked up and you have to ring bell for an employe to open, waited 10 minutes and no one camei just left and there were two employees outside smokingthey should just close, never tried so hard to spend money

Do not go there for your vaccine appt unless you enjoy being disrespected and have all the time in the world. Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of time. We made appts in advance, took time out of our day to go only to find out that they ran out. No notification. No remorse, no call to another location to help us out. Won’t be coming back.

Horrible experiences with the pharmacy. My now 2 year old has been on multiple medications since birth, they mess it up more than they get it right. The pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending and they hung up on me today telling me they don’t need to fill prescriptions if they don’t want, pharmacist decision. I called yesterday because of incorrect dosage and she manipulated my concern/words into something I never said was the issue (doc ordering wrong med the day before) my issue was when I picked up the correct order, they gave me the wrong dose. She threatened my husband that if there are any more confusions, we can’t have my daughters scripts filled. Shouldn’t the roles be switched? ? still can’t get over them hanging up on me. Horrible, horrible service here.

It’s annoying to look up hours online and they aren’t correct. I do not appreciate driving somewhere, not feeling good, and being told they’re closed at 11:26, when it says online and on the door they close at midnight…

Pharmacy manager Doanthuy refuses to fill a prescription as written by my Dr. She says if I’m going to get medicine from “her” Rite Aid she will fill the prescription as she sees fit. My Dr requested a specific medication because I have a reaction when given the brand Doanthuy wants to give me. What am I supposed to do if the pharmacist won’t dispense the medicine my doctor is prescribing me???UPDATE: It seems writing a 1 star google review and a call to my insurance company is required to get the situation resolved. All the pharmacy had to do was order the medication that was prescribed, which was approved because it was already authorized to be prescribed by all involved parties except for Doanthuy. If Doanthuy has a question or concern about the medicine being prescribed she should take it up with the doctor or insurance company instead of hassling the patient.UPDATE 2: added picture of rite aid customer service email reply to show everyone how seriously rite aid considers this situation LOL
