Pharmacy staff is great! The pharmacy is the only reason I go here I used to get all my personal items here but their shelves have been empty for over a year so now I don’t even bother looking for anything. They don’t even have gum or candy that I want.I used to play lottery here but the machine would run out of paper and reset on me son I don’t even to that anymore I guess the pharmacy keeps them in business.

it's crazy how downhill this place has gone. like actually abysmal. you'd think they were shutting down or something, they never have anything on the shelves. Whoever does inventory is useless. At this point, rite aid would be better just closing this branch, let a competent company like cvs or walgreens take over, clearly you are failing against your competition.

Shopping here is already bad, the shelves are almost always bare. But now I can’t even purchase things at the pharmacy when picking up a prescription and have to stand in line twice. For a store on the brink of bankruptcy you’d think they’d care about the customer experience a bit more.

The staff is great, but the store itself is trash. The shelves are less than 1/4 filled most of the time now. Never close to stocked, it always seems perpetually about to be close. The building is barely maintained, and it's in a nice neighborhood so it's even more glaring. I feel bad for the staff, they and the customers deserve better.

It's a mess, very little inventory. I feel for the employees, this place must be closing soon.

My local pharmacy, I go here frequently and usually have no complaints. However, I needed toothpaste and walked over at 9:15pm on a Monday, after checking online and seeing that they close at 10pm.
They were closed, the door locked and the gates inside up. And I thought maybe it was a case of the hours online being outdated. But no, the sign on the door also listed their Monday closing time as 10pm.
Really, truly infuriating. It cost me almost an hour of my evening, as it is a 20-minute walk each way.

Myself, my partner, and my children go here for our prescriptions. I also frequently go here to pick up vitamins, toiletries, etc. The people who work here are ALWAYS kind, engaging, helpful, and professional. This location seems to be able to keep the same employees too, which is always good. I don't see much turnover. The pharmacists are helpful, and I don't have trouble getting someone on the phone or filling a prescription last minute...even when my doctor has messed up! My only negative criticism is that some items seem to be harder to keep in stock. It would be nice if they could order larger amounts of some things. But that might be a regional issue and not something anyone at the store can control.

The pharmacists at this Rite Aid location are exceptional-- "Stacy" and "Jeff" are willing to answer questions and will try to help you obtain the medications that your doc has prescribed for you. Store Associate Miss Ruby is also terrific-- she will alert you to products you might be interested in esp. if they are less expensive than the ones you have chosen!

This is the best Rite Aid in Philadelphia! They’re so consistent and I’m always able to get someone from the pharmacy on the phone.
