So this Rite Aid now has all their items lock up and I get it, high theft is costing them money. To get an item you have to ring a bell and someone will unlock the case and get it for you. I went in around 8:30pm to get cold medicine. I rang the bell and waited about 3 minutes and no one came. I rang it again and waited. Again no one came. I walked to the front. The young man behind the counter was looking down at his phone. I asked him if any one was working. He looked up at me as if I were interrupting him and said "What do you need?" I said nevermind and walked out. Really, why should I have to walk to the item to see what I want, then walk to the counter to get someone, then walk back to the case to get the item. I'll just order online.

I went to buy bath soap and there were only 3 packages of 3 soaps, I wanted 8 or 12.

No one EVER answers the phone to the pharmacy. I went as far as pressing EVERY option just to get someone on the phone! 8 minutes of trying to get through I gave up! You’re holding people’s prescription medications, answering the phone should be a priority!

I'm not a fan of riteaid to be honest I wrote a review on ritade before I feel there employees are rude its a problem too get help and its most definitely a problem if you'd like to do a return of a product so unless I have no choise but to go then ill avoid the place not just this one but all of the pharmacy chain
