Unfortunately had someone hit my car. However, my insurance company recommended Rocco’s. Sure glad they did. From the pick up of the car and the finish it was great service. Everyone was helpful and very nice. Work was great. They also have an awesome app that shows you the cost breakdown and all that of your car. It’s really useful. Thanks again!

Had my front bumper replaced however once I left the shop the right side of my bumper fell apart. Once that had happened I called to get it fixed or replaced, they immediately said they will follow up with me with a solution and I never received a call back. it has been 4 months and the issue has not been resolved. I WOULD NOT recommend coming here to get any services, they done a poor job for one initial problem.. I walked out with even more issues with my car.

The location of the shop in South Philly is problematic. Parking is practically non-existent. While my car was being repaired, someone put 100 miles on the car. I'd like to have an explanation for that. The staff was courteous though.Services: Painting

Took my car here to have it repaired through an insurance claim. They took a long time to get the quote to my insurance (1 week). I called them multiple times and left voicemails but the calls were never returned. You have to keep calling until you get a person on the line. I will say once you get a person they were always very courteous and polite. In person, also very polite. Lastly, once it was determined that my repair will cost less than my deductible they refused to do the repair claiming that they only repair cars that are going through insurance claims. Had I known, I would have taken my car to a different repair shop on the list of places my insurance gave me. I ended up getting the repair done at "A OK" repair shop on Washington Ave. They charged me the same as Roccos quoted, had the part in a couple of days and made the repair within a day.

There was a phone number glitch, which was the reason I wasn't getting any updates or calls.But you came through and Leon was definitely a person of good character that truly truly pulled things together in the best way possible.So I don't want to call just to complain but something really seem out of place was my concern. Ordered wrong parts for my car and when my mechanic put the tire on the spare and I didnt realize it was then my issue that they ordered the wrong parts. Charged insurance $7000 worth of work that was not done on the car. Even though they ordered the wrong parts and put them on and told me it was right for 6+ months every time I called or tried to bring it to them. Only did I know it was wrong when my mechanic told me and then I was out the $1600 worth of damage that happened to my car after their mistake went unfixed because “I waited too long.” Btw roccos dont call me anymore you will be hearing from my lawyers. DO NOT GO TO ANY ROCCOS LOCATION!!!! All owned by the same scums!!!

This place was horrible. They were very rude. They don’t communicate with you. I was told my car was going to be done Tuesday and they weren’t answering. I got my car on a Thursday and they didn’t even fix the problem. It took 2 weeks for nothing. I would not recommend black ppl to go there, I don’t think we’re wanted.

I brought in my Toyota Camry 2018 that was T-boned by a crazy driver. My driver side fender was crushed, the driver-side front bumper scraped up and the driver-side door dented. Still drivable.My insurance referred me there because I was dazed when I was hit and didn't get the other driver's info. Hit and run me pretty much.When I arrived at Rocco's Collision on 806 Reed St. there was no parking near the shop, so I parked 2 blocks away. It was cold outside, I think that morning was 36f degrees out.The dude at Rocco's, I don't remember his name but the guy was pretty cool, I told him my insurance sent me there and just by giving my name, he had all my info.No headaches, I like that. He had to look at the car and we were heading out, I was like you going to need a jacket, it's cold outside. He was like nah I'm good lol. He checked the car out, I signed some paperwork and the estimate done date was like 1 week.Now it is that weekish, I picked up my car today. I was a little agitated because of a new rep there not being to pull up my info.Another rep nearby overheard and got my paperwork out, the mechanic pulled up my car.I looked around and under my car, all eyes view looks like I bought it the first day. I couldn't see any damages. Pleased visually, I drove home... feels good, I didn't hear anything weird or feel weird. All is well, I'm happy with the service.I had been to other car repair shops under a different insurance company before, I admit this current one is the most painless and satisfying.

Don't leave ya car here. They steal it and go joy riding over the weekend.. very unprofessional.. took my sis car up castor ave.... dummies didn't know she had a tracker on it....we telling everybody.. y'all fraudulent.. we got something for y'all though ..
