I went into Ross on Cottmon Ave and then blvd tonight and is was so disgusting and trashy. Clothes all over the floor and people just walking on top of it. I wouldn’t waste a penny in that store.

Charged us double for 2 of my items. When confronted, they refused to take responsibility. We tried to talk with them but instead we were met with hostility. The staff was rude and had an attitude. When we asked for a refund, they said that they could not do that, and to come back tomorrow. These “professionals” have a terrible attitude and a large ego. They made a mistake and did not even apologize. Terrible store and a horrendous customer service team.

they make you wait 10 seconds before entering. i wasted 10 seconds plus the time in there cause all the stuff was unorganized and barely able to see or get around cause it’s stuff everywhere on the floor! don’t waste your time going here. i hope they knock it down 😁

I want to give a NEGATIVE STAR as first you must wait at the door for 10 seconds to be recorded I was not sure why at first but it gets more interesting. I walk to the door a man dressed in black says wait I say why? He says its a protocol it was extremely hot but I am waiting finally I walk in pick up one item get in line pay for the item the cashier says keep the receipt in your hand they will want to see it. Now the distance from the register to the door might be about 5 feet. I have my receipt in hand I give it to this man he take it then says can you open your bag I say open my bag why? I am literally a few feet from the register I shake my head open the bag he gets right next to my face like he could kiss me I say get the fugg away from me COVID is still contractable sir you do not need to be that close to see in the bag. He says you could hold it out further I then say give me my receipt I am not stolen anything and if you all are that worried about shrinkage you need more agents dressed in plain clothes walking throughout the store this is bordering harassment. I am not ever going in this location again as the Ross in my area is not like this...just stupid...

Very bitter experience with the manager and the cashier today 6/19/2024, we made a. return of a shoe with receipt and the cashier said that item paid for with the ross receipt doesn't showed that the shoe was bought because they have checked the camera and you were holding the receipt of the shoe and when we took our stand both the manager and the cashier reluctantly refunded the amount . We demanded for the cashier to apologize, guess what the manager was so rude and said She's going to call the police,she called Her police and I also called police, police came after 20 minutes and shook hands with the manager and talked together with smiles, all together 3 police officers, they came to our side and narrated the short story,thar we only asked Her to apologize. I GOT THE SHOCK OF MY LIFE WHEN THE 3 POLICE OFFICERS SAID TOGETHER UNFORTUNATELY SHE CAN NOT APOLOGIZE. It was a very bad experience at this location and I asked from the officers with what you have just said where is the sanity in the land but they could not answer and they went outside and they were looking at us walk away. God will safe our land . People of color ,stand your ground, don't be intimidated. You need to speak at every point of injustice melted at you whether you get fair or not .

I understand shoplifting is a problem but they have gone way overboard with the loss prevention here. Had to wait 15 seconds at the door before entering so the cameras could see me. There seems to be a loss prevention person in almost every aisle following people.
I understand the need for some security measures but this is extreme.

I have always been a customer of this store, but I am disappointed by an employee named Kiara, with a black cloth in her hair, since she treats customers very badly and has no empathy, with whom she is spending her money, I looked like a disabled person. He treated her very badly, I won't go back there anymore.
