I purchased a Taylor Swift vinyl from here online. The record was rapped in a pretty blue protective cover with a hand written thank you note inside the record protective box. Shipping was inexpensive and fast. I will be purchasing again from here! Xo

Really good record store. Lots of $2 bins! Used records, not much new stuff, with some guitars and other instruments also available. This store is small, and not wheelchair accessible, with steps leading up to the register.

Great little shop! Lots of classic music, vintage instruments and a great staff. Forgot my Djembe drum at home when I had to send 6 weeks in Philly. Found this shop on Facebook. They had an assortment of drums to pick from. Owner was great to work with and very nice. I suggest you check it out.

Small selection of 78s but extremely friendly staff/owner(?). Can tell this place is run by true lovers of music and physical media. Will definitely return if they keep stocking 78s.

Great selection of $2 music. Cute little store with a cute cat to greet you too. Owner is friendly and helpful. They have alot to look at and the area it's around is perfect for shopping. I will be coming back here.

Terrible. Tried to rip me off and sell me polish instead of oil. Ended up screwing up my guitar neck. Stay away!

This is a nice little shop, a real gem with some hard to find special items that'll make you feel like it's your lucky day. I got a high quality Bose headphones set with an adapter for an amplifier that I couldn't find anywhere else. For less than $150, I felt like I stole it.

Rustic Music is one of the hidden gem record stores here in Philly. Paid them a visit, & was glad to check them out. It's a small, tidily kept shop. If you're looking for used CDs (as I was) there are $2 bins, outside & inside. The other CDs are along the one wall & under the front window. World music is categorized under Folk. There are some CDs that still have the wrapping on them. Vinyl also in stock. I didn't look through them, so I can't comment on the prices, genres or conditions. If you're looking for a small djembe, tambourine, drumsticks, guitar strings or guitar, this is a place to check out. The owner was polite, & did search for a particular artist (Ravi Shankar) that I was trying to find CDs of. Sadie, the shop cat, is adorable! Worth stopping in to dig through CDs that will take you on a trip down memory lane.
