SHANEEN IS AMAZING !! Due to miscommunication I was unable to get into unit. However once shaneen found out - She came ALL THE WAY FROM home to handle my transaction , give me keys and she did it all with a smile. I am tremendously grateful for her!!!

Irving and Shaneen were absolutely Amazing,Irving customer service was excellent. His Knowledge of the facility and the rentals were absolutely wonderful. The facility was so clean. I would definitely recommend this facility to all my military friends, and family. When you go be sure to ask for Irving and Shaneen.
