One year old car. Only time the windshield and wipers were touched were when these scam artists replaced my glass. They didn’t reattach the wipers properly and my wipers broke as a result. They refuse to own the mistake.

Got my car fixed and the service was great. The staff was straight forward and I had no problems. Kind of expensive but I hear their rates are normal and better than most places.

I am so happy I went to this location, it's a little tricky to park in, but the employees were so awesome. Super professional and also hilarious making me laugh while i was waiting for my car to windshield to be fixed. A plus, their bathroom was super clean, as a woman that is important to us. I would 10000% suggest this place and go back if I get another ding in the windshield.

The tech was unable to fix my window because of a separate issue, but Lucas was wonderful and beyond helpful. I hope to get him when i’m able to reschedule my appointment.

On October 3, 2023, the company "Safelite AutoGlass" came to replace a windshield for a red Mustang at the territory of Edmund Optics company.While your worker (name Kalil he was wearing a red company's uniform shirt) was fixing it, he damaged my back car door on the driver's side (White Tucson, Hyundai) leaving a long red scratch mark with peeling paint and dent. The owner of the red Mustang called the company, but "Safelite AutoGlass" company refused to accept responsibility for it. We have video evidence of this if needed along with photo of the damage to my car.For installation and safety of other's property there should be enough space between cars and property in order to do your repair properly, however this was not followed.I want to let others know that this is not a trustworthy company due to the dismissiveness of the property damage they caused to my car. If there is ever a need for my windshield to be replaced, I will surely be trying any other company available. This goes for many of my coworkers as well. They appreciate honesty when doing business.

I had an appointment scheduled at another location that was further away but dropped by this location after my car got broken into. Within minutes, they wrapped my rear window in what is best described as giant industrial strength saran wrap and taped it so well that my car didn't experience any leaks, even through a rainstorm. Friendly service - would come back.

This place is horrible. It took over a year to replace my dashboard that was damaged by their technican. It was the worst experience ever.

How you can be a Store Manager of your business and do not know who is doing what or doing the order for parts! I am very understanding person and know that things happen I get it. But why lie to your customers saying that the part got there broken, when actually the parts was never delivered in the first place. Then what makes it worse have your receptionist getting confused with the story and told two different stories. Furthermore, I asked for the manager because the story was not adding up or making any sense. The manager got on the phone and I said I am not trying to be rude or ignorant. However, be honest with my because I am hearing to different stories was my part order yes or no. The manager first said no, then said we did, but the manufacture never got the order, then oh I don't know who did the order for you last week??? I was confused the order was done at your location and I spoke with someone at your location and you don't know what's going on in your store? When you are the store manager. I even got an email to come in today to drop off my car and the email is down below! I have to pay someone to take me to work to Philadelphia and back to then to be lied too be more professional. If you do not have the part ok not a problem the problem you lied and trying to make it seem like you was not the problem or like no one in your store failed to communicate with each other. Lastly, it is not my fault that I went to your place of business to get my windshield repaired and it was not installed properly then to get poor customer service later to get it back repaired. This is unacceptable!
