This is the Absolutely best branch I’ve ever been to, Awesome service not a long wait. All the bank tellers are truly beautiful people and lovely atmosphere. I'm a new costumer . They are very friendly .

Bad service ever...we went to the branch to reset the card and change the phone number on file. Then requested to create online banking account. One of a representative removed on their system also updated the new phone number on file. Then he said we can download Santander app and use all my information to finish at home. However, when we create online account the system required us to go to the branch to verify. IT’S CONFUSED ME. TRIED TO CALL BACK THE BRANCH AND RECEIVED THE SAME ANSWER. my question is: “why would I spent the time in the morning to update all my information at the branch with a representative and REQUESTED TO GO BACK THE BRANCH AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON FOR VERIFICATION.....THE WORST SERVICE.....
