The 3 stars are not for the store but for 2 employees. One is guy named Christopher . Very rude and I told the manager ( she has blonde hair). She said she would speak with him about his customer service skills. Went back today to only find him at the register and once he saw me he said he would be right back, ran to the blonde manager and then he like last time left me at register . I saw him go behind closed doors. Just like last time!I spend a lot of money there and frequent Sephora very often! What kind of customer service is this? They both are so unprofessional and Christopher especially should not be dealing with the public! What he did to to me 2x was unacceptable behavior and the manager is allowing this behavior so she is equally unprofessional as well. Is this the Sephora experience you want people to have??

Went to exchange a foundation after the pump got stuck in the top (after only a couple usages) and staff were extremely unhelpful. I was told I was past the exchange date which is understandable but it was not until I was home that I looked it up and saw they sell replacement pumps at the store. Instead of being told this when I was there, I got a bare minimum response of essentially “ooh that’s too bad”. Would have been great to have someone actually do their job so I can actually use this foundation!

I stopped in Sephora to grab an eyeliner. Quick trip, right? I was in the store close to 2 hours because of their 30% off sale. It's only on Sephora products, but I got 3 lipsticks for $10.50. My total for 7 items was only $34,07. Less than $35 for 3 full-size lipsticks, a full-size concealer, full-size mascara, 1 mini lip liner & a mini eye liner. Normally, you'd be lucky to get 1 full-size mascara for $35. There's nothing more to say other than YAY!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Sephora store!! Chris, the manager, welcomed me with open arms and a huge smile at the 10 am opening time. She and associate, Ron, proved themselves to be very knowledgeable about various product lines, and made recommendations specific to my skin needs. I’ll absolutely be going back!!!

Love this Sephora! It’s my go to in Philly, I always have a good experience here. Although I was here last week and was in the market for a face mask. I told the employee that I was looking for a hydrating mask that can be used multiple times a week and she proceeded to show me the youth to the people overnight mask. I explained to her that I already use this mask and use it overnight, she proceeded to tell me to not do that and that it’s meant to be washed off (which isn’t the case) and that since I already use the caudalie vinoperfect mask, I didn’t need to buy another one. I do typically have such a good experience at this Sephora, but must say that I think some employees should have a better knowledge of the products that they are recommending to customers since she was wrong about the mask she was explaining (you can look on the website and see it’s meant for overnight use) and then deterred me from buying another mask, which I was pretty set on buying that day. This interaction stuck with me and compelled me to write this review. As stated though, this is still my favorite Sephora and I’ve had numerous other employee interactions that are just incredible!

I went in yesterday and I had the best experience . Although the location is very far I didn’t regret going over there . I made sure that I look at reviews before I go somewhere because I’m sensitive and I cannot deal with people who are rude to me for no reasons . They didn’t disappoint . Everyone is kind over there no matter their race or roles , even the cashier; I didn’t get her name but she is a woman of color like me . For the love of God , please give ASHANTI ( another woman of color ) a RAISE or SOMETHING because she was very patient with me and helped me for more than 15 mn around the store . She even helped me find the perfect foundation and concealer by testing them on my face .I felt like I was talking to someone to a good friend .I apologize for the long review but I’m just very happy with my experience. I will definitely be back when I am done with all my products .Take care everyone.

I came in from Florida for a wedding in Philly. I made a appointment at Sephora to have my full face makeup. My appointment was with Emily. Her talent was amazing making my makeup come out beautiful. I would surely recommend a full face makeup session with Emily!
