KeiMante’ was so nice and sweet and so very helpful . He assisted my boyfriend in I with men fragrances and though I was being very picky he stayed patient and positive. Love him 🩷

Edwin was a gem!
Loved my experience — even on a busy pre-Christmas weekend all the staff were helpful and kind. We walked in and everyone was helpful in finding the right products or recommending one based on our skins tone and oiliness.

While I was quietly browsing creams and skincare products, The consultant Christopher approached me in an extremely hostile, aggressive, and unprofessional manner.
He raised his voice at me, startling and disrespecting me.
He grabbed the products out of my hands and forcefully placed them back on the shelf.
Standing right next to me, he angrily rearranged the items, clearly expressing irritation.
His tone, facial expression, and body language were intimidating, making me feel threatened instead of assisted.
This was not a simple misunderstanding — his aggression was intentional, visible, and completely inappropriate for a customer-facing role.
This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a disturbing and unacceptable experience that must be handled urgently.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience with Ki at Sephora!
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Ki during my visit to Sephora, and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment I walked in, Ki was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and informative, truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.
What stood out the most was the positive energy and genuine personality. Even though my day hadn’t started off so well, Ki completely turned it around with the kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone in retail who makes you feel seen, valued, and excited to come back but Ki did exactly that.
Ki is a hidden gem in such a competitive industry, and I truly hope Sephora recognizes the talent and potential of the valuable team member they have. I have no doubt this is just the beginning of Ki success story, and I wish nothing but the best. I’ll definitely keep coming back because of the wonderful experience Ki provided.
Sephora, please give Ki flowers they are well deserved that amazing! 🌟

ashley was so cool, she helped me pick out a cologne for my boyfriend, otherwise I wouldn’t have known what to get. kay was also super helpful and took his time to grab it for me even though he was doing another task. best sephora experience I’ve had in awhile, other locations I’ve been to haven’t had as helpful/caring staff

This location is WAY better than chestnut st. The staff is really nice, knowledgeable, the floor and testers are way cleaner and more organized. All of the stations are stocked with sponges, cutips and cotton. Philly homies don’t waste your time at the chestnut location where the staff is kind of mean and not knowledgable , and the floor is a mess! This location goes above and beyond and it’s obvious as soon as you walk in.

Had a lovely experience today with a sales associate (didn’t catch her name but she was slim with long hair and exquisitely-applied blue and black eyeliner) who helped explain the K18 product line. She knew the products well and was very pleasant to chat with!
