I just endured the worst experience with sherwin williams property maintenance man who repeatedly yelled saying he’s the store manager and that I couldn’t speak with anyone else interesting , he got upset and started yelling saying I can’t return when I didn’t ask for a refund sherwin williams messed up color matching my swatches ok brought 6 cans of it and sales rep never told me she couldn’t match it close because my wall turned out purple! So I kept 3 cans and visited a location near me which is where I encountered Pete ugly behavior for so called wanting FREE PAINT when i PURCHASED 6 cans days ago I only wanted 3 to be swapped for the color I actually wanted originally! He shoo’d me out the store with his hands in front of other customers! Then when I obtained the business cards to report this matter I saw that Lilly was the actually store manager so I said is Lilly here ? Pete’s says No she’s not and I’m not telling you my coworkers schedule I said I would like to speak to her it’s the only reason I’m asking I said no worries I will contact cooperate and pete said he doesn’t care because he’s the manager even though when I left the store I drove past Pete at 1:10pm after pushing me out the store is in back rearranging boxes like his business card says property maintenance interesting sherwin williams I just spent a total of $1,500 in the past 2 weeks the minute I thought I give sherwin a chance again here goes 1,000 reasons why I shouldn’t Pete should be FIRED

As soon as I walked in, there was one guy right by the door moving stuff around he didn’t say hello or ask if I needed any help. I wanted to ask him a question so I looked at him, but he looked at me like he couldn’t be bothered so I just left.

It's a good selection of products for a neighborhood store, good pricing especially if you have an account with them you can get a lot of discounts. And the staff and manager are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Do recommend coming here

We visited this local Sherwin-Williams on a Monday, 1 hour before closing time, I wish we were able to come in earlier. However, we were treated greatly by Jenny, not rushing or anything.Jenny helped us picking the paint that we want and explaining all the different sheen that are available. We ended up buying 5 gallon of emerald silverpointe paint from them and definitely coming back for more painting supplies in the future! They just won a lifetime customer.

Great local paint store. Its got all the necessary paint supplies and more. Paint prices are a little high. It's SW paint, so expect to pay a little more. But their color choices are the bomb. I buy my paint supplies here, but have to admit, I cant always justify the price of the paint. Just depends on the job. The people are always friendly and helpful.

They don't sell paint samples. So I bought a tinted paint based on the chips in the store. Of course when I painted the front of my house it looked completely different. Now I'm stuck with a can of ugly paint. I took it back thinking a paint store would safely dispose of the paint they sell but no they do not. And of course they don't exchange or refund tinted paint either. I'm going to Home Depot next time.

Delivered paint to a neighbor's house and dropped a 3 gallon bucket of paint all over the sidewalk and threw the paint covered box in my trashcan. Instead of cleaning it up they left it for 2 days and multiple people walked through it (mail carrier up multiple people's steps). They sent a "cleaning crew" that removed the big spill and left all the tracking marks.
