Victor Velez and William Lacouture were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable.They went as far as going to another store to grab the same type of paint and matched it perfectly. I highly recommend this store they take good care of their customers and take pride in their work.

I am very impressed with the customer service and support. I called Joseph Shunk at 5:40pm and asked him if he can wait for me to get to the store.Joe was not only waiting for me till almost 6pm. He helped me to choose the right products and explain very well everything. Highly recommended. Wanted to say thank you so much Joe you made everything very easy.

Although the young lady was nice she Knew absolutely nothing about paints or the paint I was looking for. I was seeking a Fire Engine bright glossy paint. She just pointed to a cardboard plaque with a few dozen cards with sample colors. I explained that its difficult to see what it really looks like from a card on the wall. She told me to look online. I even showed her a photo of what was looking for. She had no clue nor made any color suggestions.I headed over to LOWES, found an informed sales person, took the time to go over color options from the photos I showed him and help make an informed decision. Once again she was nice, polite, but that's about it.The photo of what I was seeking is attached

The staff was very professional and gave me the best paint and roller that I needed. The paint is the best I have ever used, no runs, no roller marks and covered in one coat.
