Clean & well stocked store. The only negative is that in an attempt to avoid loss of merchandise, all customers are treated as potential shop lifters. If you use self check out, there are multiple employees as well as a security guard that will stand near you and watch you complete your transaction. After you purchase under their gaze, you must provide your receipt to another security guard to validate before you exit the store. I went in there for only 4 items and felt very dehumanized and uncomfortable. I will not be coming back for this reason.

I came to the store today, I am handicap riding on the mobile shopping cart. Staff at the store today was very helpful asking if I needed assistance. I went to the bakery & deli Both departments were extremely helpful by getting my order together & and placing it in my cart without me asking. As i browsed through the aisle, Many staff ask if I need help getting anything which was very helpful because I go in many stores and never get anyone asking to assist. Check out was also helpful. My entire visit was amazing. Staff was right on point today..

Horrible store, even worse employees! Mangers and HR are just as bad. Prices are sky high and the cashier who rung me up had a horrible attitude and manager on duty did nothing

This location does not stop people from entering and shopping with their dogs. It is not safe for people with pet dander allergies, and blatantly is in violation of health code.

Overhearing the employees talk about how there’s bedbugs and roaches in the store is disturbing. Be careful going in Shoprite. You don’t need that kind of inconvenience in your home.
Also, hearing that the employees are forced to be in a break room That was exposed to bedbugs is extremely outrageous. I heard all of this while I was Getting my sliced break near their break room. No one should be in that environment.
Bedbugs are extremely difficult to get rid of. Shoprite should be looking out for their employees. They shouldn’t be forced to have their Break inside of a room that was exposed to bedbugs. They should be Properly attended to, taken care of and provided other accommodations while they properly handle a situation like bedbugs

Too start off I’ve been going to this Shoprite for many years. I didn’t wanna make this review But I feel it’s needed.
There is a woman who works in the cheese department near the bakery. As a customer, I observed her being rude to other employees, talking badly about other employees to who I believe is management. Two relatively tall gentlemen, one with gray white hair, who was a little heavyset, and one with black hair who I believe is of Asian descent along with her fellow employees. I also tried to get her attention and was ignored. So I popped my head around the corner into her little department. I discovered I was being ignored because her mouth was full. She was eating what looked like fruit and cheese. I don’t care about that. But don’t ignore customers.
If you’re going to work in customer service, you gotta have some respect for not only the customers, but for your colleagues and yourself. Do better with your hiring and disciplinary actions towards employees that are ignorant towards customers and their colleagues

I have nothing but problems with their website and when I call they transfer me to a different department then tell me to call 1800 number, then they tell me to call the call store it goes back and forth a waste of time no help or concederation.

This location is not for me. The snobby attitude of some people is maddening.

What's not to love about this Shop-rite? Friendly front door, cashier and deli associates as well as many items in stock, large produce section and self check out. I highly recommend this store and the one at 23rd and Oregon.

I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received at ShopRite, specifically from Shanelle and Erica in the Deli Department. These two employees are truly outstanding, and their dedication to customer satisfaction should be recognized!
From the moment I approached the deli counter, they were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made my visit memorable, and their exceptional service made my aunt and me feel valued as customers.
It’s rare to find employees who not only do their job well but also bring joy to the people they serve. Shanelle and Erica are exactly that kind of team—dynamic, professional, and genuinely caring. Their hard work and dedication make a real difference, and I sincerely appreciate them!
I also want to give an honorable mention to Diane, who works at self-checkout. She is funny, sharp, and absolutely an asset to this location. While she may not be warm and welcoming in the traditional sense, her quick wit and no-nonsense attitude make the checkout process unexpectedly entertaining. Employees like Diane keep things running smoothly, and her presence adds character to the store!
I’ll continue to shop at ShopRite knowing that there are employees like Shanelle, Erica, and Diane who make the experience exceptional in their own unique ways. Thank you all for your excellent service!
Would highly recommend this store, especially the Deli Department & Self-Checkout!
