Please update your opening hours : we came before 7:00 pm on a Saturday and it was closed. Really disappointed since we'll have to leave first thing Monday morning and I've read in the comments it is also closed on Sundays.

Had to stop and Sketchers to get my girl a pair of sneakers and ended up getting her 3 pairs for a very good price. The store was clean and customer service was great.

I only gave store 4stars , because I was at the eatery across from it in the Fashion District Mall Philadelphia PA. Yet from what I seen , It was clean had the latest styles and employees were well kept clean and tending customers with ease .

Worst experience at this place. The employee was rudeeee. My son must have picked up some boxes and put them in the wrong place. He was mad. His words “you gotta put them back where you took it from” . Umm. Okay. And he said he didn’t care that they lost a customer. He kept saying that we are not your maids. I never expected you to be my maid. But you don’t tell a customer to put stuff in its place. That is your job sir. I have worded at a store before so has my husband. I expect respect but I will never ask a customer to do what is really my job to do.We were going to buy 4 pairs of shoes. Had already picked out 3 and were looking for the 4th. We left empty handed. Never again.

The store was bright and nicely laid out. It seemed to be out of my size (8.5W) in a many of styles. Salespeople were lukewarm.

11:05 on Sunday, August 14 and the store is dark and closed. I see shoes in there so it’s not empty or out of business. Trying to return something but unable to. BummerUPDATE: changed star rating from 1 to 3. Called the store later in the day and they had changed their hours to open at 12pm on Sunday instead of 11 as noted on the website. Would recommend calling ahead to confirm times

I had to go shoe shopping for work.The customer service was great.???I was suppose to buy only work shoes.?I also brought a pair for church. ????I will be returning.I am happy that what I was looking for & also needed was available in the store.????

I'm starting to believe they are closed on Sundays. Which is fine, just note that so you don't have people coming on a day where you aren't open at all would help.....ALOT. ?
