Sparkle City offers excellent customer service. The staff is always nice, helpful, and accommodating. Helen went absolutely above and beyond to help with laundry and dry cleaning. She was patient and understood everything about tailoring uniform pants and jeans for a proper fit. The service is great, and the hospitality is outstanding. The dryers are great, and there is always a machine available. The place is clean. Customers have been going there for the last 25 years and would not go anywhere else. They definitely recommend Sparkle City for dry cleaning, laundry, and tailoring.

Ms. Helen did an amazing job tailoring my son’s pants! The fit was perfect, the turnaround was quick, and her attention to detail really showed. She was kind, professional, and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality alterations!

Very nice owner, I was looking for a laundromat that wasn't expensive and I found it here, they take only cash no cards to use washer, She was so nice and helpful, this is the laundromat i will be going to for now on, its also a cleaner and tailor shop.
