(09/15/20 3:30pm)Woman inside wasn’t interested in conversing with me in regards to my account. She asked me a few times “so what did you want to do then?” I was wearing a mask and she was already 6ft from me and kept backing away. I felt uncomfortable in there. She was just trying to make a sale and when she realized I probably wasn’t going to purchase anything she lost all interest. I’ve been a Sprint customer for 15 years now and customer service should always be priority not getting a sale. I was trying to figure out my best option and she just wanted a sale. She didn’t even look up my account and walked right to the back to see what products she had. I won’t be going back to this location. 18th and Walnut is a better location for the most part.

Horrible store! Bunch of Liars. After all the lies and insults one person (Mason) was able to help. I do appreciate his great customer service skills. When you call to report someone everyone that answers the phone is a manager. Well I spoke to the regional manager about an associates that harassed me and I was offered ne month free of service. I declined because I wasn't to associate o be held accountable. If anyone need to make a complaint please do not call them. They will lie to you. Also the so called Manager Ashley will NEVER call you back. I guess its not her job since she's only the manager. Call customer service, or go to the corporate store to file a complaint its at 1700 Market Street. After a few days you will get a call from corporate or a regional manager.

Nadim is the man! If Yelp has 6 stars he earned them. He was so helpful, he set me up with everything and made it painless and enjoyable. Excellent service and super helpful!

Worst customer service ever. For people who work in a phone store they sure don't much about anything. I guessing qualifications for working at a sprint store is very low. Please get some more knowledgeable staff

Way better customer service than the center city location. The people here actually to want to help you. Nadim esspecially is super helpful. Also, they have their own parking space.

Walked to this store for service and there was a girl and a guy who might have been her manager. Since first contact they both were plain rude and seemed highly annoyed to help or provide solutions to my problem. I left right away after litterally one minute. Thanks but no aint letting some ignorant people kill my day!!!

Kiosk available for bill pay. Friendly staff. Hours are alright (not open til 10 a.m. and they close at 7 p.m.)
