This is by far the best Sprint store in the city of Philadelphia. Best customer service experience I've had inside a Sprint store thus far, since switching to Sprint years ago. The gentleman, Marquese, was outstanding. He was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and friendly. He had wonderful sales expertise- he listened well, was understanding, and then explained everything forthright in great detail, allowing me to understand all pros and cons prior to leaving the store. He also explained and calculated how much my bill would change by and exactly when I would see it online. The young lady, Sonali was awesome too; very friendly and patient. They both stayed almost TWO FULL HOURS AFTER closing time to accommodate ALL of my needs and to ensure I was satisfied. I exchanged one of my recently upgraded phones (two iphones SE), I had previously ordered online to the latest iphone 11, got two life proof iphone cases, updated my address, and my email. In addition, they plugged in numbers for me to see how my bill would be altered each month by me upgrading to a number of different devices, until we found something that worked for my budget which involved me walking out with the latest trendiest iphone. Lastly, again, they stayed an extra almost two hours with me to finish transferring all info/data from my my previous device to my new one. Once again, stellar experience. Highly recommend this store and asking for Marquese. He DESERVES and NEEDS a promotion ASAP. He restored my faith in Sprint. Thank you Marquese and Sonali!

This store is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I went in and spoke with Juan after I was charged for subscription services I didn’t enroll in. He promised me a refund and that he would call me back and never did. I followed up multiple times and he said Sprint would be issuing me a $50 gift card in 10-12 weeks. 8 weeks later I got an email from Sprint saying they are not going to issue me a gift card. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who said he would issue me a refund. One week later and the refund still hasn’t been issued. The manager and employees at this store make promises to resolve your issue just to get you off the phone. They never follow through. I will be switching my phone plan after this terrible experience with Sprint, but not before I write to corporate about how terrible the service is at the Aramingo store.

Very unprofessional on the phone had me waiting for 20 minutes for a manager and when I called back to tell her she just put manager on the phone without saying she apologize for the wait or nothing When the manager got on her apologized for her Then I called back to ask for the same manager again on hold for 20 mins without saying he on another call or even with a customer store need customer service training on top of charging me for a watch I did not purchase

Went here to ask a few questions about a phone, my girlfriend went to the back and was greeted by a female work who seemed like she had a attitude, and was talking down to my lady. As my girlfriend asked do they do repairs she replied no, then try to lure her into a contract with a upgrade.
