Spruce Street Harbor Park is a very nice pier on the riverfront to walk during the day or hang out in the evening. It is a really cute area with a great view, boats nearby, and plenty of room. Visitors can enjoy free outdoor concerts, food stalls, and an outdoor bar serving beer, wine, and cocktails with reasonable drinks. There are plenty of opportunities to sit or lie down in the many wonderful hammocks or at the spacious and clean picnic tables. The park is very dog-friendly, with canine companions seen everywhere. Parking is noted to be difficult. The park is closed for the season and reopens in May.
