The UPS store inside Staples has the longest wait time ever. If you have any kind of physical problems don't go because you are standing for an excessive amount of time waiting for your turn, even if there is only 1 person in line ahead of you. I see people in line leave all the time because the wait is so long. They should really have chairs so people can sit down while they wait.

This particular STAPLES UPS Shipping does not take their job seriously and then lacks any accountability when they SCREW UP...I paid for OVERNIGHT Shipping ($77) on Friday 2/17/23 for Monday delivery on 2/20/23 so my son could move into his apartment, but when I tracked package it was placed with regurlar ground shipping so did not leave Philly in time for the Monday delivery.... Went to Staples on Monday and the Printing Supervisor refused to provide his full name or the store manager when a refund was demanded. Had to call UPS Corporate to get some insiteful direction and be re-affirmed the Supervisor should have provided names when asked by a PAID customer with a receipt,

Today I visited this place and the service they gave me was very bad. I asked for help and nobody wanted to help me so that I could print a real piece of paper. I don't think I'll return to this place and the Manager, a tall man, is very proud of his service, it doesn't work, yes You continue like this and do not reconsider your business is going to collapse there are people who only care about money but do not know how to treat customers

Quick stop to print out some paperwork I needed and was in and out. A crew member showed me what email to send my materials to and it was smooth sailing from there. The printers have a pen pad on them to finalize your purchase which is nice and the printer also walks you through the printing process as well. Love how automated everything is here.

Definitely doesn't like leaving a bad review. But damn, i was there to pick up an online order which can only take a few seconds of their time to grab it and hand it over. There was no greet "hi I'll be right there with you" nothing. Whatever they was doing, took their sweet time. No eye contact, customer service suck! Why even come to work? But wait, skip me whom who has been waiting and served the next person?

Thank you to the manager. He was able to take the items off. Which I do not like that you put your card in before you even print anything. I don't know where else you can get opies. The library not open when I need copies.?.,

Waited in the service line to pick up on 6/3/21 for almost two hours. The manager refused to have people help with the line and was helping other customers

Unfortunately due to the challenges and competition from online shopping, these physical stores are having such a hard time. The interior still looks a bit dated. But one thing we were pleased to find was the amazing customer service. The agent clearly understood out printing need and instead of pushing the most expensive item, worked with us to find the right item. At one time, this was reserved only to stores like microcenter. I am happy to see this service on other stores as well.Also the Staples' extended device protection is amazing especially if you run a business and don't have time to deal with delays due to printer breakdown.I wish there was a way to make these physical stores relevant in the upcoming years by offering a great in store experience.
