Originally went to the one on Blvd but they messed up the reward points. Called this place to get an idea of recycling rewards. The person who answered was helpful at first while basically being unable to give me an idea. While I was still talking I hear a music like I'm on hold. Very unprofessional. He hang up. I hope i never have to go to another staples again. They need to go bankrupt and someone can restructure their whole client services training because it seems their employees in 2 different locations have 0 consideration.

The only staples that looses orders, like $600.00 for 100 envelopes, pre paid, they cant find the order. The worst part is only this particular store you cannot get customer service where they don't walk away from you and start working on somebody else and then somebody else comes up to you and you have to re-explain your situation every time almost every order or special transaction requires a manager which is absurd the general manager is very nice but out of all the Staples deal with only this store has issues with my rewards card they say my email is not attached to my phone number or my barcode in the app they don't honor discounts they are just a mess!

Closing time states 7:00 Went to pick up expo marked at 6:45on 11/12 and the store was closed even though I had a two second transaction. Unreliable location

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! About 2 years ago I changed my iPostal mailbox to this location and never really got clothing sent here until recently. All for an employee to open up my package and take items out and TAPE IT BACK! I contacted iPostal, the shipper and Staples corporate and NO ONE DID A THING. The items were replaced and I cancelled my membership with iPostal. The point of this service was so I knew my packages were going to be securely received if I wasn't home. The shipper confirmed that this had to be done once the package made it Staples since the thief weighed the package BEFORE they stole the items. Since then I decided to no longer shop with Staples, both companies handled this poorly! The employee who I'm sure took the merchandise avoided me like the plague when I last came in to pick up my final items. Clearly they need to steal while at work and I truly feel bad for them- I will never suggest Staples or iPostal in the future!

Copy machines are a rip off. Default is color at $0.84. B&W comes out way too light, requiring multiple copies at $0.34 to adjust. Wound up out more than a buck with no useful copies. Trying Kinkos instead.

My visits to get routine office supplies, ink, etc have been fine, nice cashiers. Today, I went to get a laptop that was on sale. A nice female employee asked if I needed help and told me where the laptops were. I decided what I wanted, and let her know I needed help. She called over to someone to help me. Minutes go by, a manager asks if I need help. I tell him I already asked and am waiting. The female employee tells him the same. Finally, the male employee who was told to help me comes over- looked like I had woken him up. Dirty/messy hair, unfriendly. Turns out, they were out of the laptop I wanted. No offer to order one, he walked away. I try to support brick and mortar stores, but they need some better, professional employees.

Give Tommy a raise!! He was so attentive and helpful with my small printing order. The service at this store is always amazing and the price was reasonable.

I just wanted to thank Tommy and the Staples staff for their kind welcoming energy today! Tommy was attentive, warm, inviting, as well as knowledgeable on the Staples print products! Customer service downtown has taken a hit since the Pandemic but it’s nice to know great customer service still exists! Thanks Tommy! Got me in and out quickly all while multi-tasking multiple customer requests!
